Enjoy a leisurely break from your outdoor activities at Soquel Vineyards tasting room and patio just 2 1/2 miles up the road or Bargetto Winery just a mile down the road. You can bring a bottle of your favorite wine or beer back to your campsite where you'll enjoy the peace and tranquility the forest has to offer.
Coastal adventures await you just 2 and 1/2 miles to the beaches in Capitola Village...another mile from there to the 'Hook' surf spot...a short walk from there along the cliffs to famed surf spot and home of Jack O'Neil (RIP) Pleasure Point and the 'Barrel Burrito' at the Point Market, a local favorite. Enjoy some local craft beer and good eats at Nubo (New Bohemian Brewery) on 41st ave just a couple of blocks from the beach.
For that fine dining experience, book a ride in a vintage car to the famed Shadowbrook Restaurant overlooking Capitola Village and beach.
When you're done exploring all that our coastal communities have to offer, come back to your sweet spot along the banks of Bates Creek and take in the wonderful sounds of nature. We loved staying at the caravan at Christie’s property! It is private, comfy, cute, and you fall asleep with only the sound of crickets/views of redwoods/flowers! We also loved that it was a 10 minute drive from pleasure point! Would stay again for sure

The host was very nice and the place was comfortable.

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed your break along your road trip and hope to see you again if your adventures bring you back to Santa Cruz :-)
What a wonderful little piece of heaven tucked away in the redwoods. Christie could not have been more helpful she was an outstanding host and made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to return to yourself then I can not recommend this place highly enough! Thank you again Christie!

Thanks Adam! It was such a pleasure meeting you and I'm glad you were able to connect with nature and have a peaceful stay. I look forward to seeing you again if your travels bring you back to Santa Cruz :-)
Great spot in a great redwood forest. Listing is just as described. Thanks!

Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay here in Cali and thanks for being a great Hipcamper :-)
A luxurious camping experience. Christie was accommodating and friendly. The Glamper is BEAUTIFUL, I would live there forever if I could! There is a port-o-potty down the hill for guests to access. It was seriously cleaner and fresher than some public restrooms I’ve used! The location is quiet and lovely, it is in a rural residential area but there is a creek down the hill to explore and tons of hiking or beach activities within driving distance. I will definitely be coming back!

Thanks! I'm so glad you enjoyed the vintage vibe and look forward to seeing you again! :-)
Cool and cozy camp. We stayed a couple of nights and had a nice time. Thank you for your hospitality, Christie!

You're very welcome and I'm glad you had a nice stay and hope you come back again :-)
Christie was so helpful and kind and made our stay wonderful. Beautiful setting to spend time relaxing in. Thank you so much Christie!

You're very welcome and I'm so glad you guys got to have some fun! I look forward to seeing you again and I hope you find the perfect camping rig! :-)
Great place to stay with a really comfortable queen sized bed. Next time I'll bring some of my mountain biking friends as the RV is very roomy. Close to mountain biking trails and All Trails LMB 6 mile loop trail. Less crowded than the Nisene Marks entrance in Aptos. Christie was very helpful and quick to respond to questions I had. I would definitely recommend both her Hipcamp sites.

Thanks, it was great to see you again and I'm glad you enjoyed the comforts of the larger RV :-)
Christie was a generous and engaged host ! We really enjoyed staying in this peaceful sanctuary.

Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed your time here and look forward to hosting you again! :-)
