Pitch camp, settle in, and relax on our beautiful 5.5 acre rustic farmstead, nestled in the cozy hills of Aromas, CA! We are just minutes away from Highway 101, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our property features sweeping majestic views toward the coast of Monterey and down toward Big Sur. The land features walking trails up toward a beautiful oak grove at the ridge of the property, and we are located about 15 minutes from the ocean at Moss Landing, and 30 to 45 minutes away from Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel and Santa Cruz.

Our tent campsite features plenty of room to pitch a 4-person tent, or two 2-person tents. The site features a large private fire pit and drop-in grill, and a picnic table which can comfortably seat 4. Guests in the tent site also enjoy access to our brand new outdoor kitchen pavilion, with a fully furnished kitchen, and beautiful views of the valley.

We have a portable toilet for guest use, an outdoor sink with hot water, and a semi-enclosed “indoor/outdoor” shower with plenty of hot water and pressure.

Whether you’re passing through on a road trip along California’s majestic landscape, or looking to spend some time getting to know the lush landscape of the Central Coast, we welcome you with open arms!

Please note:

We are a nonprofit educational eco-arts farm and your booking supports environmental stewardship and arts education for underserved communities. Thank you for your support!

Our farm features a guest yurt in addition to the tent site. The bathroom and outdoor kitchen pavilion are shared amenities. We encourage social distancing during use of these amenities. All common spaces are disinfected daily.

We place the highest value on respect--for the land, and for the people, plants, and animals that call this area home. While you are here, please consider yourself a partner in stewarding this place.

Strict Quiet Hours: Please be very conscientious of our neighbors --no loud noise or music after 10pm.

Strict Fire Safety Rules: Campfires must be attended at all times, and extinguished fully with water provided.

Dogs/Pets: Several friendly dogs live on the property. Please let us know ahead of time if you intend to bring dogs. Dogs need to be leashed and supervised at all times. Our property is not fully fenced, and there are sensitive habitats.

Parking is limited. Please let us know if you are arriving in more than one vehicle.

If you have made it this far, then I trust you have read and understand our camp site! Please mention "Farm Art Community" in your request to ensure a very quick acceptance of your booking. Thanks!

Used this spot as a quick getaway for a night living only about 35 minutes away. Was easy to find and the host's communication was great and detailed.

This spot is not super private from others staying on the site, but the place was pretty quiet overall. Would recommend to others looking to get away while still being pretty close to central coast towns - Moss Landing, Santa Cruz, Monterey, etc.

We loved this place, we will definitely come back. There is plenty of space to setup your tent, they provide a picnic table and also a steel ring to make campfires!, we had a blast. They live there but you would barely see them, but at the same time they can always be available if you need it.
There are animals close to the property so its nice to see them. There are also 3 other small houses called yurts, which are in a separated area, so you also won’t see them unless you go up the hill.
Generally speaking, this is a very good place!

Travis was a great host. They live on the farm and even though their house was very close to our campsite, we never heard them. We only saw them when they were leaving or coming home. We liked how close it was from San Jose and yet be surrounded by lots of nature. At night the owls and frogs would lull us to sleep. We brought our own camp stove but mostly cooked on the fire pit. The hot showers were great too!

Our toddler loved this place! She fed the chickens, swung in the hammock, splashed in the fountain, explored the garden, hiked the hill, and pet the horses and llamas. The amenities were well set up and clean, making camping with a toddler easier. We enjoyed the view of the valley for beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Travis was a kind and welcoming host. We'd recommend staying here for a wonderful getaway!

We spent a wonderful time in labor day weekend. Jessica was very sweet and warm and the dogs and chickens on the property are very cute. The tent sites are leveled and have great views. Picnic tables can be occupied. There is plenty of distance between us and other yurts, so we had plenty of privacy. It's hard to believe that this is an hour away from Silicon Valley, it's so quiet and peaceful!!!
