When we arrived the spot we booked was occupied. Instead of asking the person to move we worked our trailer into a position to be able to hook up to the services. We moved a couple big rock so we could park our truck so it did not block the driveway. The spot was quiet and near the biking trails.

It could be nice if the site was better planned and executed. It’s almost there. The sewer hook ups are on higher ground (fluids do not flow up hill) and one hookup (the one on the right) is on the wrong side of the site. You would need to be pulled in front-first but there is not enough room to maneuver that unless you’re in a smallish camper van. There are lots of large stones (3-5” diameter) all over the site, that makes walking around your rig dangerous; just pick them up and do a finish grade. Piles of larger rocks could be arranged as a wall or an edging instead of a pile. It just needs to be cleaned up, and a tiny amount of landscaping. The water spigot is below ground, hard to reach and hard to connect. Interesting that the water spigot is low in a hole making it not easily accessible and the sewer pipe is too tall making it non functional. Lower the sewer pipe 6-8” and raise the water to 8” above ground. On a good note, Kris was very responsive, he sent a guy to fix the electrical box within 30 minutes so I could plug in. I have a feeling he will finish these two sites nicely at some point.

Thank you for your feedback. The sites are new so we are still working on landscaping. We are happy to help anyone that has issues pulling into the right hand pull in oriented site most campers have not had any issues. Our sites are available for year round camping to support access to our nearby Dakota Ridge cross country skiing and year round mountain biking here on the Sunshine Coast. The water connection is in an underground box to protect against freezing. We hope you enjoyed your time on the Sunshine Coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is easy to find, close to everything , but far enough away from any hustle and bustle to be a quiet peaceful escape, nestled in the trees and nature. Definitely would recommend! 5*!

Fresh air!Morning view!
