Welcome to Cuddly Cat Farms. This property is our dream come true. Located 5 min from the city of Vernon you have fantastic views of our beautiful valley and are surrounded by Apple Orchard. We were the first people to live on this land and have built everything you see since 2017. Enjoy 20 beautiful acres just 5 minutes out of Vernon. Close proximity to Kal Lake, Swan Lake and Lake Okanagan. Fantastic hiking trails, biking trails, and watersports close by. We have 3 different to choose from listings: 1 serviced site, 3 dispersed non serviced sites, and 1 air-conditioned Yurt with two single beds. Potable water available. Full washrooms and showers are available. . Campfires permitted (unless fireban is in effect). Free Wifi. We are hoping to slowly turn the land into a type of agrotourism with animals, fresh veggies from the garden and a variety of u-pick options. We look forward to hosting you!

Relaxed and quiet

We had a very relaxing quiet spot at Ginny's and close to all the events that we attended in Vernon. They provided us with full hook up for our fifth wheel. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape view. They have a nice area for children play. Loved cuddling with the cats.

Had a wonderful stay! Had a warm welcome from Ginny when we arrived . She was nice enough to bring us down some wood to burn for our fire . The cats were a cherry on top of the weekend ! Great little getaway if you don’t want to go too far in the Okanagan.

While Ginny was accommodating, what I didn’t know, until I got there, was that my ‘spot’ was right outside her garage door. The same door that her clients come into for their workouts. Not ideal, especially for the money that is expected.

Peace, quiet & pets!

We had the best night here, great friendly hosts, the most incredible views & a really quiet sleep. Would absolutely go back & highly recommend. Radar and all the cuddle cats & kittens made it a really homely and welcome stay. Thank you xx

Convenient location, showers, kind

Great place! We liked it. Very convenient and quiet. Nothing super fancy, just enough for what we were looking for: close to the town and has showers. I especially liked how chill and easy going the owners were; very kind and welcome. Definitely a “no stress place”, pretty view, the kitties are adorable!
