Angie, Bob, Connell, and Chase are wonderful hosts, and the cabin by the creek is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The musical flow of the creek, the vintage barn, the fields, the apple trees, the tiny kitchen, the midnight moon, and the path by the creek are all enchanting elements of this countryside getaway. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stay with true country farmstead charm.

A dreamy little nook, and so close to the city ! The property is just beautiful and the cabin and little kitchenette had everything we needed and more. There was a really positive energy from the land and the fields. And Angie and Bob went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend the Kota dinner, it was such a highlight. Thanks Angie and Bob for sharing so much of yourselves and your world with us, what a beautiful memory we take with ourselves, we just wish we had stayed longer !

My second time at Camp Willowbrook. This is the best spot if you want some peaceful and relaxing personal time. It was so beautiful! Angie is very responsive, has been very kind and provided great hospitality all the time. I had a great stay! You'll have everything you need there.

My friends and I were looking for a relaxing place to reconnect with nature and spend a girly weekend together. We had high expectations for this place and somehow there were exceeded! The property is beautiful, the bunkie is very cozy, you have all the utensils for a simple meal with the bbq, the sauna+hot tub were divine, and Angie and Bob are amazing hosts! We had fresh eggs in the morning and got to stargaze during the night :)
Highly recommended! We want to be back! Thanks for everything.

Our recent stay was absolutely fantastic, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and rustic charm. The property itself is lovely and very well-maintained.
Bob and Angie were wonderful hosts, truly making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had a great time exploring the creek and even managed to catch some crayfish, which was a fun and unexpected activity. The hot tub was a highlight, providing a pleasant way to unwind after our daily adventures.
We especially enjoyed interacting with the animals. Feeding apples to the horses and picking eggs were the memorable experiences, and we loved petting the friendly dogs and cats.
Overall, this was a memorable trip and we would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable escape.

This little gem was one of the most private and peaceful places we’ve ever stayed. We’re so glad we found it!
Angie and Bob were incredibly welcoming, and their beautiful dogs quickly became the highlight for our kids; 2 year old took his time warming up but my 6 year old instantly fell it love! The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding, and the creek provided hours of fun for the little ones.
Collecting fresh eggs from the chicken coop was another memorable moment, our kids were thrilled! We also highly recommend booking the kota hut meal. Angie was extremely accommodating to our dietary needs, and the dinner she prepared was both delicious and memorable. The evening was made even better by great conversation with Angie and Bob!
The cabin itself was very comfortable and it tends to get a bit chilly in the night so would highly recommend carrying some extra blankets.
Overall, we had such a special time here and are already looking forward to coming back!

Our experience was okay. Our biggest concern was that we were unable to lock the cabin from inside. Generally, it is much peaceful if we can lock the door from inside while sleeping.

Another wonderful weekend at Camp Willowbrook. This time I brought my daughters (11 and 13). They loved playing in the creek and feeding apples to the horses. We were there for a really hot July weekend (overnight lows still well in the 20s) and I was worried the bunkie would too hot for sleeping but I was pleasantly surprised how cool it stayed. We were quite comfortable. The girls are already asking to go back!

Our stay at Angie and Bob’s camp was amazing. Our favorite place we’ve stayed through Hipcamp thus far. They were so accommodating. We had the kota breakfast and it was delicious. Highly recommend doing a dinner and or breakfast. We loved meeting the animals on the farm. Falling asleep with the sound of the creek was an added bonus. It does get chilly at night so bring layers.

We loved having a family glamping weekend with Angie! We had 3 grandparents in the bunkie, two young kids and parents in a tent, and another two in another tent down by the creek.. The space was perfect for all of us! Spacious for the kids to run around and have fun with the different activities (creek, chickens, horses, hot tub), accessible for the grands to enjoy a camping weekend, and everyone enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. This is our second stay here and would highly recommend! Angie and Bob were great hosts, very helpful and accessible.

Angie and Bob were amazing host, perfect stay in a farm. This is the best place for family with kids, can enjoy the running water next to the bunker, petting the animals, visited the chicken barn and got the eggs. View of the sunset was top notch also clear view of night sky was top notch. Kitchen setup outside for barbecue and cooking. Using sauna is one of the best in this farm!! Also kids had lot of fun with dogs Coney and Chase ❤️

We had such a great time staying at Willowbrook. Myself, my husband, our daughter and her 1 year old stayed for 3 nights. Angie showed us how to fire up the sauna and hot tub, although the weather was so warm, we enjoyed the hot tub as a "cold" plunge more. The outdoor kitchen has everything a camper needs and then some - it is so well equipped. We enjoyed a day in Alora but our favorite day was just hanging around and playing in the stream catching crayfish, watching the tadpoles swim around and enjoying our grandson in his world of discovery. Willowbrook is a little oasis that I would highly recommend for someone wanting to have the experience of pure relaxation.
We also thoroughly enjoyed Angie's woodfired 3 course breakfast. SO delicious and you will not need to eat for the rest of the day! Angie and Bob are terrific hosts and are around if you need anything.

We had an AMAZING stay here with our little kiddo. Beautiful property. Private area. The farm animals really made our stay for our 4 year old. Never bored here! Angie was a fantastic host. Definitely recommend it here and definitely will be back.

I was a bit worried at first that the cabin was close to the house and there wouldn't be privacy, also at the sauna and hot tub, but they placed it all really well and we felt like we had our own space.
Angie was very informative and made sure we had everything we needed, including a nice warm hot tub which she came a lit for us. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The cold shower was nice too in between sessions.
Loved being able to visit the horses. They were both so sweet.
The only thing I would say (and it's not a big deal) is it would be nice to have an easier access to the river. It's a bit tricky to get down to the water. Amazing place though and I will recommend to my friends! Wish we had more time to enjoy it all!

Our stay at Camp Willowbrook was amazing! It was perfect to reconnect as friends, every amenity was accessible, and the hosts were so welcoming and open to sharing their history with the camp / land.
One of the best aspects of our stay was walking the property itself, it’s so well taken care of and our guide (Kono) was very eager to show us the beauty this farm had to offer.
We would highly recommend booking the sauna and hot tub experience.

Since there is only one site, there is plenty of privacy with having the land by river to yourselves. The outdoor kitchen shelter is a game changer. It provides a great place to hang out with shade, area to prepare meals, all while out of any bad weather. Angie has it supplied with every utensil you need or if you didnt bring an item, like scissors.
The wood stove inside bunkie loft worked like a charm, and Angie gave thorough instructions. The bbq and supplies were all very clean, and ready to use. Having water for drinking and another supply for boiling for washing is thoughtful, and very appreciated.
We definitely recommend the full Kota dinner experience! Lots of food for enjoying, along with cozy atmosphere.
Thank you Angie, and Bob for sharing your lovely piece of heaven with us, and those like-minded hip campers that are lucky enough to have found you.
If we return to the Meadows Music Festival, we will definitely stay with you again.

We loved our stay at camp willowbrook! The weather was not on our side, so the Sauna and wood fire hot tub was a must! What a treat. Can’t recommend both enough, but especially the sauna! We fired it up both mornings and before the hot tub. The other great feature we opted for was the kota hut meal! Had a lovely dinner with Bob, Angie and Shane! Mexican night on the farm, delicious surprise. Angie was an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed for the sauna and tub and our chilly night in the bunkie. The “bar” was equipped with every single thing you could need for cooking! Couldn’t have asked for more. The cute dogs were a bonus too. Thanks Bob and Angie, hope we get to come again soon :)

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! It was such a peaceful and refreshing experience, surrounded by nature and friendly animals. The horses, dogs, and hens added so much warmth and character to the place — it felt like a real escape from the city.
Spending time in the kota hut was especially memorable. Cozy, beautifully set up, and perfect for unwinding, it made the whole experience even more special. Angie and Mathew were so welcoming and made sure everything was just right.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm countryside getaway with a personal touch

Really enjoyed our weekend on this beautiful piece of land. Great set up. Everything is well maintained and clean. The outdoor kitchen (with cast iron pans and new bbq!) made preparing meals easy and convenient. The sauna was delightful. The friendly dogs and horses added some fun to the weekend. My friend Ellyn and I had an incredible stay at Angie and Bob’s cabin! Communication with Angie before and during our stay was exceptional! The cabin itself is exactly as described and as looks in the pictures. Angie even went above and beyond and set up the second bed downstairs before our arrival. There are plenty of solar lights available to keep you lit up in the evening, but certainly bring your power bank to charge your phone 😉.
We booked the sauna and tub (decided to use as a cold punch rather than a hot tub) and that was phenomenal. Angie even has essential oils for you to use in the sauna which elevated the experience even more.
The absolute must of your next day has to be the Kota dinner experience. Seriously if you’ve never done this before I highly recommend. We spent the evening maybe two or three hours chatting with Angie, Bob and her brother Shane all well grazing on the tastiest food to be grilled and applewood smoked over the fire. She is so creative in her food options and there wasn’t a thing that either of us didn’t absolutely love. I’m actually drooling thinking of that dinner.
We spent some time with their two dogs, and even got to visit their horses, baby chicks, chickens, cats, and cow!
Overall, this was an unbeatable experience, and the only thing I regret is not booking a longer stay. We will be back.

Had a fantastic stay at Camp Willowbrook! This was our second time back and we hope to return again. Angie is a welcoming, friendly and very helpful host. The property is beautiful with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. Sweating in the sauna, cooling off in the river and getting fresh eggs from the chicken coop... what more could you ask for?!

This place was saved as a potential trip so was happy when my friend booked it for us to go to. It was exactly what was needed for our short little mental health get away. The additions of the hot tub sauna and Kota just added to the experience. It was chilly at night so suggest getting wood for thw little stice when booking in cooler weather/fall. Honestly my only regret of this trip is that I couldn't stay longer. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I loved everything about this place, the quietness, the privacy, the creek, the farm animals but mostly Angie and Bob. Their warmth, openness and kind hearts. Felt at home. Then there was Chase and Kono, their dogs, great personalities - making me want to add one to my family. The conversations in the Kota and outside. Overall, l had an amazing experience- bragged so much about it my city man husband, that he wants to go and experience it too - he said l had a glow and looked really relaxed.
