We had a wonderful getaway! Daniel is an excellent host, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and enjoy your stay. The grounds are well maintained and the pavilion with the mini fridge, picnic table a nice bonus! The water is clear and absolutely excellent for swimming and fishing. Their plans in the near future for shower and restroom, will make it perfect! It was close to that already! We definitely recommend and plan to come back and stay again ourselves!!! Thank you again for making it a great time!

I'd love to say that this place isn't perfect. I'd love to say that it isn't the best place we could have ever found on Hipcamp. I'd love to say that our host wasn't extremely accommodating and generous. I'd love to say that this place isn't a slice of heaven on earth. I'd love to say that nobody should ever book this spot to recharge your soul...but I can't. Just, wow!

Thank you so much Chris O for being such great campers. It was easy to see that you and your wife are experienced campers so I very much appreciate your kind words about the site. We have poured a lot of love into the building of the camp. I hope to see you again some time. Blessings. Daniel F.

It’s beautiful! Far enough away from town to feel secluded and out in the country, but close enough to go to the store. The river is an awesome place to swim and fish. The covered area with the picnic table is such a great thing to have while camping. We’ll definitely be back!!
