Our farm was owned by the first settlers of West Fork. Eli Bloyd and his wife, hauled a cart from Van Buren across the Ozarks to our valley. Eli led the ox while his wife was said to follow picking up everything that fell off on the trail. Native Americans were the first residents of course. We have evidence of Bluff Dweller habitats in numbers of the thousands. One site next to a great spring has a natural amphitheater effect where sound travels easily. Could this be a site for special events? It doesn't take much imagination to feel spirit of the Natives. Today we celebrate the animals in the forest, fish in clear water flowing from the springs and are attempting to share this beauty with like minded folks who will appreciate it. Come on down to the farm, relax a spell, enjoy our version of tranquility.

Baby Bears Camp

Overall a great stay! We lived exploring their hiking trails and land and all the resources the land had to offer. The highway was a noticeable noise, but made for a great 2 night trip. Felt like a private site for the most part but if you are looks for a remote location this is closer to highway and town of West Fork.

Baby Bears Camp

Peaceful, private, outdoor fun

What a peaceful, private camping spot! We loved it! Walter was very kind and helpful. We had to carry our stuff to the site which was a log way from where we parked but it was totally worth it. It made for a good workout! There were closer spots but we wanted the one by the huge rock wall. Would definitely recommend!

Walter and Sarah were very kind and accommodating. We arrived later than expected and they helped us find a good area to camp and made sure answer all of our questions. Really great hosts.

Baby Bears Camp

We had a great time camping here! There is a few great spots with fire pits set up, but you get to camp wherever you choose. There’s a beautiful pond and a bluff which make for great camping spots. The owners are very kind and it was overall a great experience!
