Tom's place was great! Super quiet campsite with full hookup and sewer, picnic table and campfire pits and it's only a 15min drive to the National Park and a bunch of restaurants and shops. Tom was welcoming, responsive to our questions, helped us get our travel trailer hooked up for our stay, gave us some maps for hiking in the area and some tips of places to go check out while we were here. I'm only sad we couldn't stay longer honestly! I would definitely recommend this spot and would come back.
It was great camouflage my onbTom’s land. It was a stop on a long trip so we pulled in late, but Tom was there to help us into the pull-through spot and made sure we had the adapter for 30 amp. He helped with water access too. Pretty spot. Very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful drive down two lane roads that ended with the smiling face of the host upon arrival. Everything was as is described and the peace was appreciated.
Tom has done a lot of work on turning this into a great campsite! We were the only ones there so we got to use the full hookup site. WAY better than overnighting at a truck stop.

We had a great stay at Tom's place. Tom met us at the location and even helped us get set up! (We are new to RVing, having just purchased our first one the day before). He told us some cool history for the area, and made some recommendations for places to visit in town. There are currently two spaces here - one is a gravel pull through, and one very private spot behind the trees. The space itself was beautiful and quiet, and we enjoyed the frogs and deer. A few things to be aware of: Our class C is 12ft2" tall, and we did slap a few tree branches on the drive through the neighborhood to get there. The hookups on the pull through site require a longer hose since there's a bit of distance between the water and the electrical hookups. We'll be back!
Perfect! You have water, electricity and sewer. Super quiet place and a lot of privacy. Also a lot of space.
Very close to Hot Springs downtown.
Tom was there at the check-in making sure everything was working.
I loved Tom’s land and it was perfect for my RV! Tom was super responsive and he even helped me out with an extra hose when my water hose was too short. The neighbor Randy put some deer corn out so I’d be able to see them in the evening and early morning. Friendly, helpful people in beautiful Hot Springs! Would definitely recommend.
Honored to be the first booking at this new hipcamp. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tom is a great host: he is building his own little RV camp. Easy access, pull through driveway on a private lot backing to woods. We had it all to ourselves but will be able to accommodate a few RVs in the future. 50amp, potable well water, plus sewer dump. 15 min to downtown Hot Springs, where we spent a lot of time. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!
