Campsites 1: Large secluded campsite, tucked in the woods at the top of the mountain. 1/2 mile from parking area.
Campsite 2: Very large campsite in an open field on the center of the top of Peaceful Pine Mountain, can camp in the woods or in the field at this campsite. Has two fire pits and would be great for larger groups. 1/2 mile from parking area.
Campsite 3: Secluded, very private large campsite, tucked among the grand pines of Peaceful Pine Mountain. 3/4 mile from parking area.
Campsite 4: At the base of Peaceful Pine Mountain. No mountain to climb! Close to the creek with easy creek access. Less than 1/4 mile from parking area mostly level hike.
Campsite 5: Creekside, Wooded campsite at the base of Peaceful Pine Mountain. (Creek tends to have very little water in August and September or with extended periods of dry weather). 1/4 mile from parking area on mostly level ground.
Campsite 6: Our smallest campsite situated between two converging wet weather creeks. Campsite has a picnic table and easy creek access. (One creek is only wet after a rain and quickly dries up, the other creek always has some spring water in it but usually is not visibly flowing in late August and September or with extended periods of dry weather). Big Clifty Creek, in front of the house is a year-round creek). Campsite is just across the field from parking area; approximately a 1/4-mile hike with minimal uphill grade. If it has rained in the last few day, you may need to forge a small wet weather creek.
Peaceful Pine Mountain campsites are for tent camping only (no truck campers or RVs. We offer car and truck camping at Exceptional Spot and Little Niagara.)
All campsite require crossing a creek (except campsite 6 in drier weather) and campsites 1-3 require climbing a steep hill.
We offer a Polaris UTV ride to haul you and your belongings for a small fee of $7 per trip.

Peaceful campsite with a nice spring-fed creek behind. Had a small waterfall and a swimming hole deep enough for a jump from a small cliff. Dana was very kind as well.
The site was nice but grossly over advertised. We read and saw pics of water at the campsite and about being able to even bathe in it that it was so nice.
I guess in the several contacts we had I should have asked about the reality of this but didn't know I had to.
It was the first time using HIPCAMP, and the first camping experience for my 3 kids. Despite the hosts being nice , we were all disappointed and we left 2 days early because the water wasn't just low, there was none at all.
I will be much more careful about getting last minute details and making sure the campsite is as advertised before taking my family or spending this kind of time and money again.

So Sorry Matthew you were not happy. Remember I did offer you to view another site and you declined. Also the information for the site does read that in prolonged dry weather the creek will go dry for this site. The dry weather hit us sooner this year the in previous years. Unfortunately we are not in control of that. I also did not charge you for your 3 extra guests. We did our best to accommodate you.
We loved our time camping on Dana’s land. The waterfalls are beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Thank you Morgan! It was a privilege to have you camp at Peaceful Pine Mountain.
I absolutely love this property! A beautiful creek, majestic views, and trails are just some of the highlights! The owners accommodated me at the last minute and I now know I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Thank you Matthew. We loved hosting you and we would love to have you come back anytime. Best Wishes to you in your journeyings.
