Welcome to Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas! National campgrounds full? Welcome to my beautiful 5 acres blessed with trees, pond and creek. Conveniently located just right outside city limits. Close to everything yet secluded enough to have privacy , peace and quite. It has green grass most of the year with lots of lightning bugs at night, abundant wildlife: deers, bunnies, possums, raccoons and squirrels 😁. Very well spaced out mature trees that provides shade and fresh air.
Perfect place to watch the stars at night. No amenities of any kind offered on site right now. Just exploring possibilities at this time and offering space to those who may need, wilderness style. Perfect for well prepared campers just looking for space to park or camp for a night or two.
This is PARKING SPACE only. NO TENT CAMPING ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. I only have the space to accommodate your RV or Motorhome space needs but do not have any amenities at this time. I’m still working on it.
Don’t worry about the road that runs through the property as that is a private road and no one really goes through there.
I repeat: SPACE ONLY. NO AMENITIES ON SITE. NO TENT CAMPING. Thank you!

Stayed 2 nights at Maria’s property in a 24’ RV. The space was as advertised. A nice grassy clearing to park on off of a small back road. Grass was cut short and we enjoyed sitting outside.
During our stay only a couple cars passed us. Everyone was friendly and waved and no one bothered us. There were clear signs that were were heading in the right direction to the site which was helpful since there is no direct contact with property owner.
Maria was prompt in responding to messages and also gave us a heads up one other person would be staying on the property. Even with the other person there it still felt like we had space and privacy.
The property was only about 10 minutes from Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse Row which was awesome. It was perfect distance and environment to get away from it all but also close enough to run into town. I would definitely stay here again.
Maria was a wonderful host (including taking the time to warn us of a storm coming). The property was close to town but quiet. We did have one or two vehicles come through while we were staying.
Our kids really loved having the pond near by-- it enhanced our stay.
The creek was absolutely lovely to listen to at night and the spot was very peaceful. As a solo female traveler I felt quite safe and the grass was well kept which I was glad of to minimize ticks.
We camped in our 35' 5th wheel and had no issue getting to the property. Enough room for two campsites. Stay was quiet and private which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hot Springs. We had a great time!
Easy and lively
Great spot right on the edge of Hot Springs. So convenient yet you feel like you're out in the country. Nice level spot on a little creek. Loved it. Thanks
Quiet, peaceful and easy to access
Had a great time camping on Maria’s land. It is everything as listed in her descriptions. There is 2 main areas just off of her gravel road that can easily accommodate almost any small- medium size vehicle. It was very quiet at night and hearing the small creek next to our site was quite peaceful. Maria provided us a trash can which was very Convenient. The location of her campground is right next to the National park!
