This little park is located on the site of the Langley School, closed since 1968. All that is left is an old 1950 gymnasium which has been restored and is once again a viable part of the Langley community. Our site is self-contained only! Wifi is available onsite as well! This area has cell service but some carriers are better than others. This campground is where you go to truly get away! #eclipse2024 Learn more about this land: An old school site 6 miles south of Albert Pike Recreation Area and 5 miles north of Lake Greeson. Langley School RV park

We camped here for the 2024 total solar eclipse and enjoyed everything about it. Launa is a super nice person, attentive, fun and proactive. The space is open and surrounded by beautiful trees with some interesting local history. Electric and water at each site, and dump station on the premises. Recommended.

We stayed here for the eclipse and it was a perfect location. Its also a great location for the diamond mine. Family friendly. Take the kiddos - they will love the gym!

We picked Launa’s place for the seclusion during the eclipse and it was fantastic! Launa greated us upon arrival with a preorder of eggs and a loaf of bread, made sure we were set. She is truly a great host. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Launa is an amazing host. We got to witness the eclipse in the perfect setting. The historic gym is so nostalgic. Launa’s pottery is beautiful. Spacious sites & our fellow travelers were wonderful. Thanks for a magical stay.

Nicest hosts ever! Very accommodating with lots of things nearby to enjoy. The handmade pottery is must have for personal use or gifts and the old school gym was perfect for our pickleball games….even enjoyed a 5 mile run with the host. We will revisit Langley Hipcamp again!

Camping with kids

Launa was a very gracious host. The property was comfortable and roomy. Very close to Albert pike and shady lake! The gym turned out to be an incredible distraction for the kids (9 & 14). In addition, if you want a souvenir or keepsake, Laura’s pottery is perfect
