Tucked a quarter-mile up a dirt road, guests are invited to enjoy our meditative grounds. Located a mile from downtown Lincoln, Arkansas square, Kandler's Shadow Ranch has all of the amenities of living in town while embracing the quiet of farm life.

Kandler's RV Site #1

Peaceful Farm Stay

I loved my extended stay here! The property is peaceful and beautiful with mature trees, green pastures, a lovely pond, and even a few goats to keep me entertained. The parking spaces are pretty level with plenty of open sky for Starlink. Katie is super accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!
