Ramble ridge was an amazing spot for my girlfriend and I to stay for our hiking trip. I got in touch with james a few hours before the check in cause we wanted to hike around and wanted some spots and he said to just come to the campground early and check it out and explore. On either side of the campgrounds there are incredible hikes down to overhanging rock structures near a small creek, and with each small cave you go into there’s another one right around the bend, we spent probably 2-3 hours climbing all around the rock out there! While the terrain and hiking at this location is great what really made our experience great was the host James. When we arrived at the site he asked if we planned on staying in our tent which we were but he said there was a huge storm coming In so we should just stay in the cabin free of charge and let me tell you, he saved us with that one. At around 3 in the morning both of our phones got an alert for a tornado and we were both so thankful we weren’t riding out the wind and the rain in my tent. There’s also a nice cabin with three toilets and two showers and access to natural spring water which really makes you hate going back to tap water once you leave. All in all this location was amazing and we couldn’t stop saying to ourselves how much we lucked out with this one. If you’re camping in eureka springs, consider going to ramble ridge.

Beautiful site and location! I took my son tent camping here for two nights, taking advantage of a couple of warm sunny days during spring break. Chance was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. As of March 2022, this is a new campground, so it’s very much still under construction/development, but even with signs of construction, the experience was excellent. Lots of interesting land to explore (fossils, caves, a small waterfall, cliffs, birdwatching), a lake nearby, and Eureka Springs about 15 mins away. It felt safe but remote. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at James's land. We loved exploring the cliffs, cave, and seeing the coral reef fossils. Our 4 Year old was really excited about the fire color changing packet and glow in the dark toy that James gave her upon arrival. We only stayed for one night before going to an Airbnb, but immediately wished we would have chosen to stay here longer. The location was quiet and secluded, but still conveniently located to Eureka Springs.

Wow, what a sweet place. The location and property are perfect with some fun biking and hiking trails that lead down to the lake with some beautiful waterfalls. We had planned this trip to be a tent trip months ago and as we got closer the weather got worse and worse. Chance called us on the day of our check in and said they were worried for us with the tornado warning and dropping temps so they offered us the cabin at no cost to make sure we were safe. Will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

This place was a little hard to find but in the end that was a good thing; no one else around, plenty of space to just be a family by ourselves. James, our host was phenomenal, he made sure we had everything we needed and even gave our kids a really cool and thoughtful gift that really made it special. We will definitely be back again for sure!

This place deserves every star possible. Me and my wife spent 3 nights here and could not have been happier. Chance and his wife were so hospitable, he was there to meet us when we pulled in, provided us with fire starter and all the firewood we could ever want and even offered to build the first fire for us so we could get our camp set up. We went to blow up our air mattress and found a serious leak in it, which normally would be a heck of a deal but nothing to worry about because Chance was more than willing to loan us one for our entire stay. He has 120V power at every campsite and string lights at every campsite. The campground has a fully functioning bathhouse which was nice to be able to take showers in since we spent 3 days. For him only breaking ground on this place in May he has gotten an impressive amount of work done. We are so excited to come back at a later date to see how much more he has gotten done and enjoy this awesome campground. Don’t even think about staying anywhere else. Me and my wife take camping very seriously and like to be primitive and this campground gave that whole feeling but also provided running water and electricity.

We had two foxes and SO many deer come through the campsite. So cool!
