You will have the luxury of having 1 of 4 available 1/2 acre lots with a unique landscape of Junipers and flat land. The property has a hill for a backdrop which provides privacy on one side and the opportunity to see various kinds of wildlife such as Elk, Antelope, Deer, Rabbits and yes Coyotes and Cougars. Coyotes and Cougars have not interfered with me or my pets, however, it is important to remain vigilant out here in the White Mountains. The property has 4 washes that have been fed by monsoon water and snow melt from the hillside. The washes have very unique rocks, gems and yes I have found precious metals, petrified wood and even Indian Artifacts. Please note that historically, monsoons (Quick, hard and aggressive thunderstorms with heavy rainfall) generally occur between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM lasting 15 to 20 minutes. Unfortunately, Mother Nature determines the actual length of time upon arrival. The night sky is to die for! There are no lights to obscure the crystal clear Milky Way and other astronomical formations. I almost forgot the beautiful sunrises and the romantic sunsets! Im not even going to spoil it by trying to explain them! Currently, we are working on some beautiful features such as a waterfall and pond, planting native trees such as the Arizona Cypress and so much more to make these properties even more beautiful!

Please note that Arizona hosts Farmers and Ranchers right to "Free Range" living and cows will come and go as they please 🤠. Please drive slowly and attentively and please do not interfere with them!

Lastly, Arizona has just legalized Recreational Cannabis and the Teardrop Ranch is 420 friendly!

Jon is welcoming and accommodating. The view from our spot was beautiful. You’ll want a good tarp under your tent, as the ground is pretty dusty.

We spent a quiet, peaceful night under a sky full of stars. No better way to rest.
