Short but great stay. Amazing views, including a sunset and sunrise!

Location was perfect. Host gave great directions and it was a perfect place for us to use as a Basecamp to explore. Very clean and well kept.

Loved it. Would stay again! Beautiful views! Great alternative to dispersed camping.

Very beautiful view. extremely quiet only one car passed our campsite over the 4 nights we were there. beautiful for stars, but did get crazy windy for 2 nights, but understandable because there was a storm covering basically all of Arizona. about 30-45 mins into sedona and a bout 25 into cottonwood(?). ground is very slanted with very minimal flat areas, but you can find a flatter spot to at least sleep on. we stayed in a tent and found a fairly flat area for our sleeping pads just in front and to the left of the main tree if you are facing the road from the bottom of the site. definitely way cheaper than further into sedona and the drive is not bad at all. Very worth if you plan on spending a good amount of time in sedona. Also, only took us 2:15 to get from here to the Grand Canyon. Book this site for a north eastern Arizona trip no questions asked.

Easy directions. Close to Sedona and a great view of the stars. Would love to return.

The paved and gravel roads to the site were easy to negotiate and in good shape. I expected the land to be a bit bigger but the site is easily large enough for several tents or a couple small trailers. The view across the valley to Sedona at sunset is stunning. Nice fire pit. Picked up a few bottle caps etc but in general Hipcampers seem to be doing a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves.

awesome site with room for to groups and views of both sunrise and sunset. the stars love to come out here. camped with my roof top tent on the bed of my truck w/ only possible complaint being that it’s hard to get things leveled. You will be better off with a mid-to-high clearance vehicle as the entrance to the site has quite the berm. overall loved the site for my weekend trip to sedona. Fur friend also loved the stay. 30-40 minutes to sedona, montezuma castle nm, 2.5 hrs to grand canyon. various other national monuments and parks within reach as well

Loved tent camping on Gregs land!
Felt like there was no one around, so quiet and peaceful. Greg kept it to one site to make it feel more private! And it was a really beautiful spot! Thoroughly enjoyed it here!
