Great last minute spot to park. Sabrina was quick to respond and helpful! We have a big rig and had a little bit of difficulty backing in but it’s not too bad. Appreciated the full hookups. We aren’t really desert people which is why I have mixed feelings haha! The road there was “primitive” (as it says) and lots of little bumps carved into the gravel but it’s peaceful out there. It’s hot for sure but it did cool down a night. We got to go check out Biosphere 2, that’s about 50 minutes away, and the kids and I thought it was pretty neat. The cactus trees are pretty amazing too.
What a gorgeous su set and sunrise! It was easy to get to the ranch and we were welcomed immediately. The spot is flat and the full hookups make this a great stop. We walked at night and enjoyed the views. Sabrina responded quickly when we scheduled and was very helpful
Really nice and super quiet spot. No neighbors around which is what we wanted. Long dirt road leading in so drive slow. There’s no number on the address so I missed it the first time but just look for the big windmill. Never met the host but they drove by a few times and waived. Close to Tuscan and the seguaro national park, I’d stay again

It was quiet and peaceful. The host came out to greet us and show us where to park. We had a wonderful evening watching the sunset. The last road to their place is dirt and washboard in places, but it was only for about 2 miles.
Would recommend this place.
We had a very nice time. It is outside of town but drivable. There is only one space so lots of privacy. The spot is located in the front of the property down a dirt road. There is a horse coral between the parking spot and the owners house. The owner greeted us as we pulled in and directed us to the hook ups. This was our first trip with our new 5th wheel. Offered us help if we had any problems.

It was very peaceful
My wife me and our dog Bob loved this place. Exactly what we needed after a week in an RV park. Quiet and beautiful. We planned this stop around the full moon. It was awesome. 34ft class A and Jeep were used with plenty of room and easy level. We will be back next year..
We had the best stay here! Sabrina and her family were so welcoming. Our kids also had a blast playing together.
This was our first Hipcamp and we hit the jackpot! First, Sabrina and her husband (I’m terrible with names!) are friendly and accommodating. Great hosts! The sight is unique. It’s like boondocking with full hookups. 50a/30a/15a on a legit service box with wiring approved by my circuit analyzer. Standard water spigot, pressure was enough for a shower in our coach. Sewer drop is right there too, no smell unless you open it.
The views and sunsets are superb. Saguaros everywhere! State land across the street, this is remote folks. Slight pitch to the grounds but no worries on setup, and no puddling. Like I said, jackpot.
