Used it as my overnight after spending a day at Petrified National Forest.
Really nice and isolated spot. Far enough away from the other two tents at the site to feel like I had real privacy. Comfortable bed (if you're very tall, you would have to sleep curled up, but I had no trouble). Host was responsive when I arrived at the site and couldn't find my padlock code, as well.
I was a little nervous camping alone but so happy I did. The set up was perfect, especially for a person traveling with just a car and sleeping bag. The tent was locked and a heater, flashlights, lamp, table and sleeping bags were provided. Everything was very clean, including the outhouse. I also enjoyed the hammock and fire pit while star gazing. Enir was friendly and very fast answering my Qs. Highly recommend!

Very cozy. Really cool location
The sunset, stars, and sunrise the morning after we’re some of the best I have ever witnessed - simply breathtaking! The tent was much warmer and the bed was much comfier than our usual set up. Everything was very clean and well thought out. We felt safe and would definitely return!
Amazing amazing stay!! We loved absolutely everything about it. The stars and sunrise were incredible. Would definitely recommend!!
Einar's directions were easy to follow and I found the place with no problems. I did not see Einar during my stay as you do not meet up with the host upon arrival. You go straight to your tent. But Einar did communicate with me via text several times. The Starlight tent was quite comfortable and cozy. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and sleeping bags available to keep you warm. There was also a Little buddy heater and propane provided for use as needed. There were a couple of chairs in the tent along with a lantern and a flashlight. There was a hanging, solar powered light that would last a little while before going out after dark. There are solar lights around the tent and near the outhouse so that you could find your way easily after dark. The outhouse was very clean and even smelled clean!
There is a comfortable hammock to relax in near the tent.
You are out in the open in a large field and so you do get a good bit of wind at times. But it died down both nights after the sun set. I saw an amazing sunset the first night there. My second night there was great for stargazing and the hammock was the perfect spot for that!
I could hear dogs barking and cows mooing occasionally in the distance but they were far enough away that they didn't bother me or keep me awake. And I could hear trains go by in the distance but I have always liked the sound of trains.
Petrified Forest National Park is only about 25 minutes away so this is a great place to stay if you want to explore the park!
What a great base camp for visiting the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert! The bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated the solar-powered light for nighttime reading. The stars - and Milky Way - were as advertised. Over all, an A-plus experience. Thanks, Einar.

This is the most luxurious tent camping experience we've had! The bed is very comfortable, and the tent spacious. I loved the extra touches.
Everything was sparkling clean.
