25 acres of beautiful heavily wooded forest to park your RV/trailer or to pitch your tent on! 4 total campsites are available to reserve. 3 campsites have a designated fire ring and space available for your vehicle. The 4th campsite has a rooftop tent set up for you to reserve at no additional cost. It sleeps 4 easily and has an awesome 2”foam sleeping pad. It comes with a fire ring, propane grill/stove, white canopy in case of rain and a hammock. Just message me before reserving so I can confirm it is not reserved. I have one open area for RV’s. This is the 5th campsite. There is room enough for ~ 3 Rv’s however they would close to one another and not spread out. I do have camp stoves, generators, firewood and other camping supplies for rent as well. We are 100% off grid and are surrounded by Ponderosa Pine off of highway 180, 30 minutes outside of Flagstaff. Rest assured, only trees, wildlife and silence will surround you! Beautiful, unobstructed views of Mt. Humphreys peak are available on the east side and property is secured by a locked gate every night. Only scheduled visitors will be allowed onto the property. Our small cabin and tiny house (under construction ) are at the end of our long driveway. I am happy to say hello, and help make your stay perfect or, give you privacy to enjoy your time here. Guests will need to veer off the main driveway into the forest. The campsites with fire rings are easily accessed with most vehicles. If you prefer to “pick your own spot”, a SUV is recommended as tree stumps may need to be avoided. Only propane campfires are allowed if no fire ring is present. We are within walking distance to the Arizona Trail, Abineau/Bear Jaw loop and located near Bismarck Lake, Crater Lake, and White Horse Hills. Guided hikes are available upon request as well as evening guided meditations! Water can be purchased to fill RV tanks or storage containers at main house. Firewood is also available for purchase. (Cheaper than I’m town.) Wildlife proliferates our land. It is not unusually to catch a glimpse of bear, skunk, porcupine, deer, elk, and coyote. While these animals are quite shy, we do not wish for them to be drawn in by food. Therefore garbage needs to be contained at all times and left either in your vehicle or RV at night. If you are a backpacker, owner will dispose of any garbage you may have accumulated.

Bethany was a gracious and helpful hostess. I had a few questions about where to camp and so she walked me around to the various sites to see where I would get the best solar exposure. The coolness of the forest was a great relief from the heat in the high desert where I live.
If you can, please stop and walk around when you get on to the forest roads. There is lots to see on this last leg of your journey, but you must go slowly and watch for the ruts that the loggers left in the road last winter.
This was a wonderful stary night location for tent camping before hiking the Abineau - Bear Jaw loop. The views from the site were great and we got to watch the wildlife while reading as the sun set without any distractions. Would definitely recommend! The access road is no joke though, come in daylight!
This location has a gorgeous view of mt Humphrey. The site closest to the Mountain view was bigger than expected and accommodated my family well. There’s a forest road close by, but didn’t bother us a bit. Kids loved roaming the forest and great spots for hammocks! Word of warning, if you have high winds on the forecast, I recommend the more tree’d area as we fought flying dirt quite a bit. Would definitely book again. It was also an easy, quick drive to the Lava Cave which was a winner in my kids book.

Perfect for a private camping experience. Instructions are easy to follow and the views around the land were amazing. Perfect place to end up after checking out old town flagstaff.
Beautiful area! It happened to snow that night but the fire pit in the campsite helped to keep us warm. Would recommend if looking for a quiet time in the woods!
Although the site was closed for winter, she still allowed me to stay on her property which was really nice. The view of the mountain is incredible :)
The camp spot was beautiful, tucked among mountain pine but for all the driving down bumpy dirt roads to this fairly remote location, it was not a real wilderness experience. Vehicles passed on a dirt road nearby and a neighbor’s house was just around the corner with windows facing the site. So being that it’s a primitive site with no outhouse, taking a discreet outdoor pee was a bit of a challenge. The big plus was the fire ring and the excellent firewood that we got from our host. It was the most gorgeous campfire we had in all our travels. If you stay here be sure to get here before dark. The road is a challenge.

Thank you Zach! I appreciate your honest feedback and am working towards having an outhouse and shower for my campers.
