Camp on a vineyard, right in the middle of Kingman’s best kept secret...our super exclusive wine country! Just a hop, skip and a jump (a 5 minute drive) from Historic Route 66, you can camp on our private family vineyard. You’re walking distance to Stetson Winery, Cella Winery, and The Little Old Wine Drinkers Vineyard where you can schedule a private tasting with the owners upon your arrival.

Our private, "in the works" hobby vineyard is 20 minutes off the I-40 and from downtown Kingman, 20 minutes from the Keepers of the Wild zoo, 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon Caverns, 2 hours from Flagstaff and Vegas, and 2 1/2 hours from Grand Canyon West.

Please note: we are neighbors to 3 functional vineyards with tasting rooms. Our vineyard is up and coming, and is solely a pretty spot to rest your heads. At this time, our property houses camping spots with firepits, a camper with running water and electricity (see our other listing), a swing set for the kiddos, an outhouse, and a tall unfinished shed. Your exciting wine tasting experiences will need to be at our neighboring vineyards. Feel free to message us with questions!

Not what we expected, desolate and no response from host to help locate Wine related activities. We liked to support fledgling businesses, but this campsite was completely devoid of charm. We had just come from the vineyards of Oak Creek. Rustic and beautiful. We felt our camping experience would have been better on free BLM land. Sorry this was a onetime deal for us.

Response from Mayt, the Host, on February 23rd, 2022

Hi Bill, I don't have any messages from you requesting wine- related activities. We always assist campers with this and would have loved to help you with that. Also, my listing clearly explains that we are an up and coming vineyard, and that neighboring vineyards are where all the action is. I think you may have failed to read my entire listing disclosures, hence your disappointment.

We loved the dirt track around the property for the kids to bike. There were nice fire pits and a swing set. We didn’t realize this was in a rural residential community with houses on three sides until we arrived. We liked being somewhere with a locked gate. Owners were very fast with responses to questions. Big Belly Nelly’s was fabulous!

Very quiet place with wonderful night skies. Near local wineries that are fun. We have a self contained trailer that worked well.

Such a nice surprise!!
We have never gone anywhere other than a campground before and this experience was so good that we are staying at the same place on the way home from our trip to the Grand Canyon!
The hosts were super helpful and communicated almost immediately when we had questions. We were able to buy firewood from them and built a very nice fire in the fire pits that were there.
It was so dark there tons of bright stars! The sunset and sunrise were phenomenal !
Super quiet and we were the only ones on the vineyard! Highly recommend!!

This was a great stay. I will say it is not as secluded as I personally prefer. The neighbors and road are close, but the views of the mountains are amazing. We arrived just before a huge storm, and it was amazing lightning show in the distance. Very quiet and fun to say you camped in a winery in Arizona!

Open area with beautiful scenery. Mayt, the host, was great with communication and answering all the questions I had. Will definitely return in the future!
