Heaven on Earth Guest Ranch

This is true dry camping. It's on a 40 acre plot of land and nothing there but the scrap metal business. Tracie communicated well, but it should be noted she does not live onsite. It could feel a little intimidating to arrive and try to navigate the set up. Maury was onsite and very helpful. If you're not used to sparce camping, you will need to bring everything. Probably better suited for RV and horses than camping, but I felt safe and the night stars and bright moon were fantastic!

When you do contact Tracie she will tell you firstly it is remote. And indeed, it is remote but the parcel of land is beautiful and is nestled alongside a small mountain range there’s lots of different areas to choose to set up camp.
The location is roughhewn, in other words no water no electrical. Land, bushes, mountains and sky. It is nice however if you, like me, prefer to not have anyone else next-door to you when you’re camping.

This place really is out in the middle of nowhere. But it was amazing! Tracey and Maurie are so helpful and friendly. This place was a great and safe place to be with the kids. We will most definitely be coming back here. What a great peaceful amazing place this is.

I took my 2 children there this past weekend, I can say with certainty I would highly recommend and re-visit. The owners are absolutely wonderful and very caring. Such a cool place! It has a western style theme, pleasant grounds, and really great skies at night. They even took the time to flatten everything out and placed down new sand in the camp grounds. This allowed for really awesome camping. The owners live on site and checked in on my family from time to time, even gave my kids rides in their vehicle that they have to survey their grounds. I also woke up the next day and realized I forgot sunscreen and she was kind enough to grab some from the store for me. Just LOVED the place.
