Ditch the routine!  Grab the family, sleeping bags and cooler!  It's "kinda glamping, kinda camping"  time on your private piece of land!  Suck in huge breaths of fresh air, take in hikes, and unwind around the fire pit with picturesque views, sunsets, stars and even Jerome! No other campers or RVs ... you get the whole property!  

Kinda Glamping:  Tent (campsite) in an old, funky shed complete with open viewing frames.  Is that a deer poking his head in?  Private port-a-potty with hand wash station.  

Kinda Camping:  No electricity, no running tap water, no shower.  Leaking old roof complete with holes for rain and even snow for the "real" experience.  No air conditioning or heating.  Open-air window frames only.  Expect bugs, birds and other wildlife just as if you were camping outdoors.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?  

- Tent with rain fly and screens

- 3 cots + 1 toddler cot with mat topper, bring more if desired

- Portable camping stove with one 16oz propane canister

- 5-gallon tap water

- Battery operated lamp

- Firepit with 1 propane tank

- Garbage and doggie poop bags

- Private Port-a-Potty with hand washing sink (toilet tissue, paper towels and hand sanitizer provided)

- 2 folding chairs

- Small picnic table

- Small food storage cabinet (not air tight)

- Mirror and basin

- Screened changing area

- Crank radio (try it, it works)

WHAT TO BRING:

- Sleeping bags

- Cooking utensils and paper products

- Food and drinks

- Bottled water, if desired

- Additional lanterns, if desired

- Insect repellent

- Summer Months:  Jackets or extra blankets (mornings can be cold).

- Winter Months:  Heavy jackets and sleepwear.  Additional warm bedding.  Prepare for freezing temperatures.

- Extra propane for longer stays

- Binoculars, camera, telescopes, kayak, paddle boards, hiking gear ... anything else that completes your vacation.  

- Your adventurous spirit and sense of humor!

Nan was an excellent host, very informative and kept me very updated prior to and during our stay. Everything was as described, super clean very cute spot with incredible view. Only about a 20 minute drive to Sedona without traffic so it was the perfect location.
