Quiet and off grid. No light pollution and amazing mountain views and night sky.What an amazing sky We have here! The stars at night are outstanding. We are 25 miles from the grand canyon. Just 2 miles from the town of Valle ( Grand canyon Junction). We are 27 miles to historic Williams and 50 miles to Flagstaff. We are close to Snowbowl and the Nordic Center if you like to ski. We have 360 mountain views. Its quiet, no light pollution and the sky is amazing! We live here full time off grid. The weather is great but we are high desert so it gets cold at night and in the morning. It can also be a little windy.

amazing views! super peaceful here.. perfect place to dry camp if you’re headed to visit Grand Canyon, our host was really nice and helpful and the doggos were a bonus cool pups

Gateway to the Grand Canyon
The place is very isolated so prepare for a night of stars and the sound of nothing. The road was a bit rugged but our Campervan made it in and out with no problems. When you enter the site you will be greeted by 3 protective dogs but very sweet once you warm up with them. we only stayed for one night for a rest stop but we enjoyed the quiet and serene place while we got our full rest.

Wonderful Spot Near the G Canyon!!
What a wonderful spot by the Grand Canyon! Rianna greeted us upon our arrival along with her two friendly doggos. There are some cleared spots to set up tents around her abode. But there is freedom of choice for where you set up camp on the 1 acre of land. Be warned, there are cacti throughout uncleared land. Overall great experience and I would recommend to anyone wanting to explore the Grand Canyon but looking for a more isolated peaceful environment.

Safe and pretty!
Rianna was so sweet and welcoming even though we booked last minute! Felt very safe and the landscape was beautiful. Super close to the Grand Canyon. Get to the site at sunset to see the best colors.

The views were amazing. There was other campers but we were spaced out far enough.
