Our 763 acre campsite is surrounded by gorgeous mountain views and natural desert landscape. With plenty of plots to choose from, you will never get bored of the scenery. With options from more manicured campsites to completely raw land, you'll have plenty of options and space for your campsite. Get away from neighbors and stretch out as you'll have acres all to yourself. As if the daytime views aren't breathtaking enough, the sunsets light up the sky in cotton candy to bright tangerine hues and magnify the beauty of the mountains. The night sky sparkles with stars and constellations as we are a dark sky community with very minimal light pollution for miles. The sounds of the desert and wildlife help you to get the deepest sleep as there is very little man made noise in our area. You can hike, dirt bike, bring your off-road vehicles, explore our property and rock hound for as many quartz as you can carry! You may even catch a glimpse of some wild horses, cows, bulls, birds, hawks, jackrabbits, and roadrunners! Nearby attractions include Keeylocko Cowtown (self proclaimed historic town just acres away with a old western vibe and bar), Kitt Peak Observatory, Saguaro National Park, Old Tucson, and Downtown Tucson. If you are new to camping, we can also help provide you with some of the necessities you may have forgotten for a small additional fee (chairs, water, tents, blankets etc). We encourage you to ditch your phone and enjoy nature while you are here. You wont want to miss these views!

The site was just what i had hoped to find! Near a gorgeous quartz-filled mountain which gave the site not only a beautiful backdrop, but also a grounding and calming vibe. Also, the desert floor was a striking example of Sonoran Desert beauty. The stars at night, here, turned everything into magic. A starry dome that came down to the desert floor. With the awe inspiring milky way above, “my” mesquite tree was lit up like a christmas tree with every void between branch and leaf filled with stars. The horses that visited me in the night, silhouetted against the starry night, looked like appaloosas in reverse! Magical! My hosts, Bethania and Brian were the other stars. Kind, considerate, generous, they went the extra mile, all while helping me have the best adventure. Thank you, both!

Great campsite for my family and I! Super quiet, beautiful skies, lots of stars. The hosts were wonderful!! Bethania stayed in touch with us throughout the day as there were predicted storms. We didn't stay at at a site near the mountain due to anticipated rain, but would definitely stay again and spend time exploring.

If you are looking for a desert experience this is your spot. My mom and I brought out our 27 coach. Upon arrival we decided to stay a second night. It’s just us and the cactus. The sun set and the stars were just magical. Slept like a baby with the breeze blowing. If having coffee in your pjs in the desert isn’t on your bucket list it should be.

Stars, solitude, and amazing hosts
Beautiful land, dark skies, and a wonderful host! Bethania was so welcoming and friendly and genuinely excited about showing us the perfect site for what was supposed to be a quick overnight stop in a busy hiking adventure. We ended up ditching the original plan of 4 trails and just staying here. We came to Tucson looking for a peaceful weekend and some stars...and we sure got it. We felt safe knowing someone was near if we needed help but felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was PERFECT! Can't wait to come back!!

Wow! What a beautiful, peaceful place to camp- right under the stars! This is exactly what we were looking for. Bethania and her husband greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our camp spot (that we were able to pick out)! We loved our stay under the stars and the quiet beauty of this desert gem. 26/10 highly! recommend! ✨
