Mouse turds
We decided not to stay here after arriving to mouse turds on the bed, appliances/tools lying around, and lack of overall cleanliness. The campground we found was much nicer.

Incompetence or scam?
The address provided was wrong. So I found myself in the middle of nowhere with no place to stay for the night. I ended up driving to Flagstaff and staying in a cruddy hotel.

Need correct address
The address was incorrect which made finding it difficult. The place in general needed some TLC ie, sand in the bed, picnic table too small.

Absolutely dreamy place to stay! Perfectly clean and cozy and they didn’t even mind when my dog got a bit of mud on the bed. It’s soon enough off the highway for a good stopover but also only an hour to the Grand Canyon - if that’s where you were headed - what a steal!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very nice and had everything you needed for the space. There were even fun games we could use :) Host was extremely responsive!

Location
The location near Williams and the forest around this spot was perfect. The little cabin made camping easier with no tent or bedding to set up. We liked the propane fire pit at night. The only downside is there is quite a bit of noise from the highway
