A gas station, subway, ace hardware, family dollar, and dollar general are all within a mile of the site. Please watch out for snakes when it’s warm out. There is no hospital nearby.

Helen’s place was wonderful!!!
The Caffey Place was a wonderful experience. Helen was very responsive and hospitable. She even greeted us with water and snacks as we rolled in! The property is beautify and private and we felt very safe.
Very lovely private spot to chill for a night or two! Nothing fancy, but that’s all we needed. My boyfriend, our two dogs, and I camped here along a cross country move, and we could not have asked for a better place! Right off of the highway, so it was super accessible for our trip too... If you need a safe place to relax under the stars for a night or two, this is definitely the place for you. Also Helen the host was very friendly and even came to greet us before we headed out! Thanks Helen!
