It’s situated in a lightly wooded area, has a creek running through it, and is around 10 miles from both Upper and Lower Mesa Falls. Nearby Harriman State Park is a wildlife refuge featuring Blue Ribbon trout fishing. You also may find trumpeter swans, elk, moose, and several kinds of waterfowl there.
