Description

This Depression-era rustic cabin is one and a half stories tall, with a wood frame and shake roof. Recently refurbed, you’ll find a small kitchen, living/sleeping area, bedroom, as well as a full-sized sleeping loft and storage room. The full sleeping accommodations include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a full mattress in the bedroom, and two twin beds in the upstairs loft to comfortably fit a total of eight of your besties! Other cabin amenities include a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, pots, dishes and glassware; a picnic table and fire ring is located near the cabin. With all of the above (including a coffee maker!?) the cabin does not have running water--so bring plenty to fill up your cup! In the summer, drinking water can be obtained from the nearby Cedar Spring Campground. The cabin is stocked with cleaning supplies, and to keep it tidy for another 100 years, remove your food and garbage as you leave. Nearby, you’ll find just about any activity that you want (hike, boat, hunt, snowmobile, snowshoe) and this spot is also oh-so-conveniently located thirty minutes below the summit of Chinook Pass and Mt. Rainier National Park. Didn’t expect all of that, did ya? Yhew!
