The Virginia Glamping Tent, #1
The place was tidy and clean, we had a great time. Judson was really nice and we had a great welcome explanation about the use of the space.

The Virginia Glamping Tent, #1
The location was spectacular! We had great weather and were lucky to spend most of the afternoon into the evening outside. The tent was excellent… we had two adults and two kids under 14 and it was plenty of space. Jud met us at the tent and walked us through everything (tent, composting toilet, fire pit, etc). He was a gracious and knowledgeable host! We will be back!

The Powhatan Glamping Site, Tent #3
This is my favorite spot! Jud is incredible: warm, easy to talk to, enthusiastic, and kind. This was my second time, and I am already planning multiple subsequent trips in the coming year. It's truly a slice of heaven on earth, especially when the moon is dim and stars are bright.

Glamping to explore
My wife and I had a great time on Judd's property. Our Virginia Glamping Tent was roomy, clean, comfortable and a lot of fun. The area is perfect for exploring; lots of hiking trails nearby, trout streams, wineries and breweries. Perfectly located between Sperryville and Madison. Judd was a great host and super friendly. We will definitely be back!!

White Oak Safari Tent, #4
Our weekend was amazing from beginning to end. Judd was a perfect host and safari tent #4 was welcoming and cozy. My favorite part of our trip was the open skies to the most stunning, star embedded sky I have ever seen. The evening bosted sounds from owls in the distance and created the most relaxing ambiance as we enjoyed nature. We had a few drinks right across the road at the Blue Quartz winery and enjoyed a few amazing hikes in the nearby Shenandoah National Park. The weather was chilly but Judd had a little heater for us at the slight cost of the gas canister. You can tell that he wants his hipcampers to enjoy their stay and does not upcharge for extra things. Don't be afraid of the composting toilet. Each tent has their own personal one and it is pleasant to use and clean. This way an amazing weekend getaway and I'm sure we will be back again in the Spring!
