Description

Just look at it out there. Yep, we’re entering prime eating-on-the-ground season. So you might as well do it better than everyone else at Buck Creek Campground. On the west side of the Eagle Cap Wilderness and very close to the wilderness boundary, the Buck Creek Campground and trailhead meets the needs of both hikers and overnight campers. Mushrooming in the Spring and berry picking in the Fall will have you picnicking like some kind of alfresco-dining savant. Check website for closures.
