Description

Sebago Lake is a glacial lake, deep and cold. It covers 45 square miles, and its shores are a mix of woodlands, sandy beaches, and rocky bluffs. Locals flock to the beaches during the summer and campers call this park home all through the year. Hiking and biking trails meander through a variety of habitats, making this a great spot to catch a glimpse of moose and deer. The huge campground is a true vacation land, chock full of amenities and friendly New England campers. Hang out your welcome sign and let the fun begin.

I loved this place for one major reason: the lake. It's incredible. Super-deep, super-clean and great for swimming. Wish I brought my kayaks!

The sites are close together, but if you stay in the Naples Beach area (no RV hook ups there but you can park your RV without them if you want) it's pretty leafy and gives the impression that it's less crowded than it is.

Super-quiet in the middle of the day even when the place is packed! The bathrooms are extremely clean and I didn't see one eensy bit of trash anywhere in the campground.

i lucked out and my site was really close to the beach and the breeze!
