The website needs updating to match the current true condition of the property. Western Australia’s property shortage has caused places like this to absorb the homeless. And this was the reason I didn’t stay. The grounds were full with run down homeless looking camp setups and people who unfortunately were in need of some government assistance. The site I was directed to had some very intoxicated guy siting on a milk crate surrounded by beer cans with a small two man tent in my spot. And to be honest I felt very uncomfortable having my wife stay the 3 nights we booked, hence the reason I drove straight out of there. You know what they say.. trust ya gut. I must admit the staff were lovely and understood my concerns. And even though it was a non refundable booking, I was given a full refund. Look this place wasn’t for me. I was reluctant to write a review, but I believe it’s better for people planning a trip to know what to expect before booking their holiday location. I personally would never stay at this caravan park again.

DO NOT STAY HERE WITH KIDS! We arrived Friday set up camp etc noticed a few rough characters and thought nothing of it. We went to the bathrooms and there were a lot of druggies around even one person smoking a pipe! It’s mostly permanent residents and very intimidating! One man just kept walking around our camp staring at us. My kids were terrified at a woman on drugs in the bathroom acting erratically, we then packed up and left before it got dark. I’ve requested a refund and no response.

After reading some of the reviews, I was worried to stay there for the long weekend, but as it happened everything went well. Nice wide and shady plots for the caravans, ablution block is clean and big. Yes, some of the permanent residents are rather colourful characters but it wasn't an issue. Bring some earplugs as it can be noisy during the night with road and train traffic. The overall park is neat and tidy.

Easy to find , easy to get in , office staff lovely (both male and female) grounds maintained to a tidy state, shady and grassed areas all around . Can't comment on cabins as had own caravan . My husband is a great reverser so got in to number 82 with a little extra effort , due to trees and walkway hand rails, bonus was we were across from ablutions, laundry and camp kitchen that are older style but were clean , tidy and No bad odours, even from the dump point that was great for us . As for some comments about noise and drugies, we did not encounter either, we were there for 4 nights and days . Had great neighbours over that time. Thanks for the memories we would use your park again with no hesitation.

It's a really beautiful park that has obviously changed hands because the quality of service has improved massively and the accommodation short or long stay is amazing it won't be the biggest park you've ever stayed in but it has a really positive safe community feel about it and it is right in the centre of everything , Love it and can confidently recommend to families through to the single traveller.

We had a powered site right across from the toilets which was convenient. No shade though.
Toilets were old, but clean. Cant get too excited with the shower pressure, some shower doors didnt lock. Park was busy.
Always need key to access the toilets which was pain in the arse at times. Very simple and plain camp kitchen which was right across from the mens toilets... bit gross.
Dont leave stuff in camp kitchen fridge unless you want to lose it. Bit of a last resort caravan park ,if cant find anywhere else.

We have used the park several times over the last couple of years for work. The location is great ,with everything close by. The new staff and management are lovely, you can't fault them. You can see they are doing their best to improve all amenities.

Just wrapped up a long-term stay at this great little caravan park. Super quiet and relaxing. The sites are big, the amenities are clean and tidy, and there’s a playground right in the middle for the kids. It’s in a handy spot, close to the beach and shops – perfect for checking out Perth. There’s even a Chinese takeaway located right at the entrance, which was convenient for an easy dinner. Richard, Donna and the crew were always friendly and made us feel really welcome. Would definitely stay again!

Very neat & clean. Lawn are mowed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Caravan bays are huge, great to get all your stuff on. Toilet block is big but kept very clean & the showers are hot. I would recommend this lovely Park to any one. Thank you 😊

The amenities at this caravan site are good and the showers were clean.
Just something to note: the concrete sites don’t provide any privacy and the location of the “holiday village” is in an industrial area nowhere near the beach / town.

This isn't a typical campsite with many permanent residents. Everything is very well maintained, and the numerous toilets and showers are very clean. However, there's no kitchen area (only a sink and a fridge), and the pitches aren't always the same size due to the trees growing on them. But it's a real treat to be able to enjoy all the birds.

Motorhome. The pitch ain't marked. There's no shops close by, so if you leave your pitch it might be taken by someone else when you return.
Water and electricity are close by. Showers and toilets are clean. Laundry machines are onsite.
There's a children's play area, the rules that children are supervised while there.

The campsites and amenity buildings are all nice and clean.
The fact that you need a key to get in them is not ideal, especially as we only got one key.
Somehow it lacked atmosphere. There is nothing to do, and it's 5km from Rockingham beach. There is a bus stop in front (549)
