Electrical, water, and sewage hookups are available at all sites.

The beach property on the corner of Schmid and 105. The small house is rented, but the land out front and behind can host dry camping with tents or I have 2 RV sites. The RV sites have full hook ups with 50/30/20 amp outlets. There is a fire pit and you are a 5-minute walk to the beach. The tent camp sites are dry. The grass yard in front of the property is available with parking along the outer roadway and yard. There is one camp site behind the house near the tree! If you need water, feel free to fill up using the RV sites. PLEASE DO NOT WALK AROUND THE HOUSE OR BOTHER THE TENANT!! power is also available to tent sites, except the single site in the back. Please use the 20amp plug at the RV sites. Please take your trash with you! Please ensure the water is off and the power box lid is closed. I am new to Hip Camp, I will put a porta potty out there if there is enough activity. My grounds keeper is new, he comes on random days. I will work with him on times.
