🌲 Cedar Crossing is a semi-secluded dry camping site tucked among the evergreens on our private 10-acre retreat. RVs (up to 35’), vans, and tents are all welcome, with plenty of room to turn around and direct access to the scenic Cedar River Trail. While you may see a home nearby and occasional traffic if the upper site is booked, this spot still offers more privacy than most RV campgrounds. We took our toddler on her first camping trip and we had a great time at Cedar Crossing (RV site). The added firewood option was a nice touch by the hosts. Additionally, Brittany provided helpful information to find the site and approved our request for an early check in. Overall, we were happy to have a successful 1-night trip with a toddler. Would be happy to stay here again.

Loved the location and privacy of the RV space! We are local to MV but are testing out our new camper and it was amazing to be so close to home and feel so far away. Host had firewood onsite and Venmo pay made it really easy to enjoy a fire without lugging in the extra wood. Very quiet. Very relaxing, will do again!

I’ve stayed at different sites at Cedar River Retreat on several occasions and enjoyed my stay every single time. Brittany is a pro and seems to just know how to make our stay comfy and homey. Everything is obviously well thought out, from the great value extras available, to her responsiveness; we feel at ease and relaxed. Not common for a property just 45 minutes from Seattle. Oh, and the cabin has a new little handy pump (?) sink next to the composting toilet! The firewood available for purchase on site, the other amenities, and the useful extras available for purchase, have us looking forward to our next Cedar River Retreat always. Thanks, Brittany!

Me and my tribe had a great time spending our weekend at this site. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful. I highly recommend for family or if your just looking for a get away without having to drive to far out of the city. My Dog had a great time as well. 🐶

Such a great first time camping spot. Was a little suspicious when pulling in because it was a neighborhood but once we got past it the views and atmosphere was amazing! It was really rainy but me and my group still had a great time! Would book again!!

Brittany's space is a sweet little haven. I have booked this spot a few times for a Winter Solstice celebration and it never disappoints. We love gathering around the big fire pit for hours, sharing in ceremony, music, and reflection, and ending the night with a cozy sleep in the cabin. I happily recommend this spot!

We loved the Cedar River Cabin! Just the right size with all the glamping amenities. Cute, cozy, easy to get to, nestled in a lovely wooded area. Moxie, our cat, enjoyed it too! We've started taking her on mini-trips to get her accustomed to traveling with us on all types of adventures. I'd say it was a huge success!

Another pitch perfect 🏕️😋 stay at Cedar River Resort! My pup and I stayed at the tent site again and the rain and generally soggy weather made me appreciate the tent pad even more. It’s so nice to not have to lug all the firewood in as well. I just get to breeze on in with my tiny 2 lb bag of kindling and use the firewood available on site for a very reasonable price. We’ll be back again soon! Thanks again, Brittany!

Brittany is such a great host and is super responsive!!! The campsite was very clean and roomy especially for just three people. It’s a magical spot and we all had so much fun. I love how close it is to the river!!!! We brought float tubes and swam for a bit. I wish our stay was longer. We will definitely come back.

Since I was bike packing from West Richland I had 220 miles to get from home, to the campsite. Unfortunately, I needed to add another day at the last minute, on my outward journey. Brittany was so helpful and allowed me to use one of her other un-reserved RV sites instead. Looked somewhat comical with my little 2-man tent on that great big RV site... Just a great location, near the river. And, so many blackberries! I had porridge with my blackberries for breakfast the next morning. So yum! I'm not going to apologize if I didn't leave enough blackberries for everybody else, LOL. The campground was clean and tidy. The outhouse was also clean and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed myself! Brittany had warned me to use bug repellant, but I didn't get a single bight. Maybe because I smelled like a man who had been cycling for four days, without a wash? And, I made it to the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and back, nine days, 529 miles altogether. So much fun.

Very easy to get to and a nice spot to spend the night, nestled in the woods far away from traffic. Brittany was a great host, very responsive and helpful, left us enough firewood (for purchase) to have a nice fire when we arrived. Heard a barred owl in the middle of the night. If you pitch a tent at the RV site you'll probably be on gravel, so bring a z pad if you have it. The adirondack chairs were a nice touch.

First time setting up on a platform. It was awesome to not have to worry about the rain and having to dry out a wet footprint. It’s a lovely private site with a nice big clearing for stargazing. We’ll be back again!
