Amazing campsite: super lovely owners, the perfect spot for hiking and little local pubs, and facilities just as needed! As close as you’ll get to wild camping with the luxury of an actual toilet!!

Maxine was very friendly and welcoming. The camping field we were in was so quiet and we had so much space. Little Haven and Broad Haven are so close to walk to with great pubs and lovely beaches. Will definitely be visiting again.

Springfield Farm & Wild Camping
Lovely wild camping field with plenty of space to pitch up.Nice sea views and a 10 minute walk to Little Heaven or Broad Heaven.
They have a cold water field shower and two water taps. They have two exceptionally clean toilets.
Maxine greets you with a smile and gives you information for your stay.
Farm gate stall for you to purchase what is grown in the fields that is in season.
If you like peace and quiet except for nature sounds this is the best place.
I will be visiting again.

Beautiful site in a peaceful location spaced out around a meadow, very quiet with only a few other guest when we were there. Friendly hosts and lovely fresh produce in the honesty box. Composting toilet super clean and as nice as such a thing can be. The shower is literally an outdoor hosepipe setup with no screen so super basic and not ideal for all.

Max was an absolutely brilliant host - campsite was gorgeous and well kept, literally a stone’s throw from Little Haven. Facilities were spotless, the welcome was warm and even the weather came through for us!

Maxine welcomed us warmly to introduced us to her lovely field and concept of her eco-campsite. We enjoyed the space and nature a lot!

Maxine was a really welcoming host from first booking, to arriving and providing us with local advice. The campsite is really lovely, very simple and spread around the edge with loads of space, a wonderful view of the sea, the long meadow in the centre was great to sit and watch the swallows driving across for insects. There are fire pits available to use and logs to purchase, and a lovely stall with fresh veg and flowers. Also the site has the cleanest and nicest compost toilets I’ve ever seen! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

A beautiful and simple camping field. Very peaceful with wonderful views of the sea and sunsets are stunning. The loos had everything you needed and very clean. Maxine is super friendly and informative. I would recommend for anyone looking for tranquility away from large commercial camp sites.

The campsite is a lovely meadow with pitches round the edge. You can see the sea in the distance too! It was really quiet with plenty of space. The compost loos were really clean. You can walk to Broad Haven and Little Haven in 15 mins. Maxine was a super friendly host!

Beautiful site, beautiful location, beautiful ethos…and Maxine, James & Boatswain were just … well… beautiful!!! Just what we needed in every way possible and we will definitely be returning.

A basic campsite but done well.
Essentially you pitch around the borders of a field with two composting toilets a short walk from the entrance. There aren't any sinks for washing up or to brush your teeth, but there is a tap for drinking water, fire pits, and bins provided.
Everything was labelled and the instructions were clear.
The composting toilets were the cleanest and fanciest composting toilets I have ever used.

It's amazing, open field with views, Max & James are pleasant and friendly, very welcoming. The site is a short walk to Little Haven and if you time it right you can walk along the beach to Broad Haven, either come back the way you came or walk through the town along the village roads back. I love how quiet and peaceful it is.

Maxine was lovely, even lending us a rain coat as we’d forgotten to pack one, lovely produce available for cooking, and such a great location with little walks down to broad haven for coffee food and a local shop and also a short walk to little haven with a number of pubs, really enjoyed walking the coastal path from Maxine’s lovely site

Springfield Farm & Wild Camping
We stayed 5 nights at Springfield and thoroughly enjoyed it. Maxine was there to welcome us on arrival and gave us the lowdown on pitch options. There’s so much space, you don’t feel too close to other campers and thanks to the wild grass in the centre of the site it doesn’t feel like another field.
The views across to St David’s were stunning even on gloomy mornings and the compost loo was unexpectedly good!
The perfect location for exploring this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire.

Lovely welcoming host. This was our first pitch with our tent box and camping experience so it was great to have space and privacy. Compost toilets were clean and campsite nice and quiet with lovely views of the coast.

The owners were very friendly! easy to access, lovely clean toilets, now also has a cold outdoor shower. We were fortunate to buy eggs from their chickens too.

The friendliest most welcoming campsite I think we have ever been to! Max and her husband were lovely and spent the time explaining everything as well as chatting always with a smile. Their place is beautiful- the campsite thoughtfully laid out, and you will never be packed in like on some sites, with super clean compost loos. They sell their home grown fresh flowers and veg and eggs on a cute stall which I can also highly recommend. Went with 2 dogs, 2 kids and 2 adults and all felt super welcome. The ground is flat, the meadow is beautiful and there is a short but steep walk into wonderful little haven, well worth a trip. Max was so kind that when she heard I had a bout of food sickness picked some of her home grown flowers for me, and I have enjoyed them the rest of our travels, reminding me of the wonderful people out there in the world. Thank you! We will be back!

We had a fabulous star at Springfield Campsite. It’s a idilic spot within easy walking distance to Little Have and Broad Haven with lovely pubs and shops and beaches! Maxine and Me Maxine were such lovely hosts and made us feel so welcome 🤗 we will be back! Thank you

We enjoyed our short visit here. The check in was friendly and easy, the compost loos were lovely and clean and there was hand sanitiser, bins and cold water available. Nice views and short walks to the beaches and pubs/cafes etc of Little Haven and Broad Haven.

I have rarely been greeted so warmly by the two owners of the campground. They were so kind and helpful and showed me around the site and even offered me the beautiful garden area to "be". As the weather was very rainy, I only stayed one night. But I would certainly have stayed longer as I felt so at home in the huge green field. The little town of Little Haven is also great. The people are super friendly. They also recommended it to me: A pint in The Swan and dinner in the restaurant opposite. The lobster was really tasty! Thank you for this great opportunity to go nature camping. See you soon! Dany

Plenty of space! The site is in a great location - Little Haven and Broad Haven are a short walk away and the ferry to Skomer a 15 min drive. Warm and friendly hosts who also sell their wonderful fresh home grown produce at the roadside. Very relaxing spot, with a sea view!
