Snowdonia Holiday Lodge & Cabin offer a relaxing forest holiday with the mountains lakes and beaches close by. You can walk from both Colwyn Cabin and Snowdon Lodge directly up to Snowdon summit. The lodge and cabin are set on the banks of the Afon (River) Colwyn by the edge of Beddgelert Forest, a short distance from the centre of the picturesque village of Beddgelert in the very heart of the Snowdonia National Park. The lodge and Cabin are within the grounds of the property Hafod Wydr. The property nestles between the mountains of Snowdon and Moel Hebog, with the river literally on your doorstep. Full and direct access to the forests mountain bike routes and footpaths, which make it a very special destination; it provides a quiet and private secluded experience and the ideal base for your holiday. The accommodation comprises of self catering lodge/Cabin set in their own private gardens. We have two places to stay Colwyn Cabin a Rustin 1970’s woodpecker caravan sleeps 2 and Snowdon Lodge a more modern static caravan sleeps 4. They are both set in their own private gardens next to Colwyn river, surrounded by trees with views of Moel Hebog and Snowdon mountains. There are acres of forest to walk through on the doorstep.

Colwyn Cabin is self catering, it has its own garden along side the river Colwyn, there’s a little paved area to sit and have a bbq (please ask before as maybe a ban on fires as close to the forest) there’s miles of walks and several mountains to climb from your doorstep. Beddgelert is approx 1.5 miles from us and is a lovely walk. Enjoy the rustic charm of Colwyn Cabin, set in its own private grounds by a fast flowing river fed by Snowdon. Colwyn Cabin sleeps up to 2 guests. The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge kitchen area with views over your garden. one double bedroom 4’6” bed and en-suite shower room. Wifi and phone signal is limited because of our position but the natural beauty and walking is glorious. Whether it is Colwyn cabin or Snowdon Lodge you book, all the space is for you to use, both have their own riverside gardens and private parking. We do allow pets to stay on request and for a small charge. All the accommodation is strictly non smoking. Key collection is from self check in key safes outside their front doors. Codes are given on booking. We do offer free Wifi, but living in the mountains we can not always guarantee connection,or service. The TV reception is not brilliant here either, because of our position, we have Freesat most of the time. TV has a built in DVD player so you can bring your own DVDS and Three HDMI ports and two USB ports. We supply all your basics such as tea, coffee, sachets of sugar, UHT milk on arrival, plus two loo rolls washing up liquid, liquid soap, shampoo to get you started. Pets welcome for an additional charge of £20 per dog up to two maximum. If you book via Airbnb we will send a payment request. With instant book this will be payable by payment requests. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at anytime.

Snowdon Lodge sleeps up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements are as follows, one double bedroom (4’6” standard double bed) one single bedroom with two small single beds (2’2” beds) Prices are based on two sharing. Please note there are extra charges for guests over the age of 5 years. The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge/diner & kitchen area with views over your own private riverside garden and waterfall accessed from double patio doors that lead onto a decking area. Whether it is Colwyn Cabin or Snowdon Lodge you book all the space is for you to use, both have their own riverside locations and private parking. We do allow pets to stay on request and for a small charge of £20 per dog maximum two dogs All the accommodation is strictly non smoking. Key collection is from a key safe box near the front door of the lodge/Cabin. We are contactable by phone. We do have Wifi but living in the mountains we cant always guarantee connection. We also accept pets for a small charge of £20.00 per dog maximum two. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time. No dogs shedding are allowed, if they are found to be sheddding during or after your stay you will incur additional cleaning fees. Please don’t wash your dogs in the showers as there hair will block the wastes/macerator. We supply all your basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk UHT on arrival, toilet roll, washing up liquid etc.
