We loved this campsite and would absolutely come back again. Because the pitches are individual you have loads of privacy but not too far from toilets/showers. We met one of the owners Sophie who was absolutely lovely too.

Was an absolute pleasure staying at the Preseli campsite, on site facilities were excellent and very clean, showers were a lovely bonus! Host was very organised and available! Would recommend this campsite to anyone wanting to do the Abereiddy coastal path, we did a total of 17.6 miles of hiking, following the acorn trail, lots of friendly people & a couple of lovely pubs on the route. Would recommend to any and every dog owner seeking a new adventure!

Great uncrowded campsite with large, level pitches each with fire pit and picnic table. Plenty of water points near the pitches, clean toilet/shower blocks by car park and a freezer for ice packs. The car free camping area is a great idea, with plenty of barrows to move kit to the pitch, only a few minutes walk. The beach is a 30 minute walk down a quiet lane.

The Seal plot at Preseli Camping was ideal! It was covered enough by the bush line to provide privacy and comfort! All plots were spaced out enough! And Wi-Fi connection was available! Overall, a perfect stay.

Seagrass Meadow - Tent Pitch
We had a fabulous holiday here. The pitches are all at different levels and surrounded by wildflowers, so it feels very private. It was our first time taking our puppy camping, so we chose this as a small site. The toilets and showers are good. Being able to charge phones is great. We loved having a picnic bench and fire pit and the lovely beaches in the area. My 8 year old wants to spend the whole 6 week summer holiday here!

We loved our time at Preseli Glamping. The pitches are spacious and there is plenty of room between them. We also appreciated the fact that cars are not allowed on the site itself. A fantastic place to stay. It also helped that the sun shone throughout our stay ☀️

It is a simple but beautiful campsite. It has the basics of shower/toilet block along with charging points and a freezer for your ice blocks and that is all. The pitches are a generous size and nicely spaced so it's communal but you are not on top of each other with long grass dividing the areas. The staff were lovely and were very friendly when we met them to buy our logs for the fire. We loved that each pitch had its own firepit and bench. We would love to go back again as it was so peaceful and lots to do nearby. Thanks for having us.

We loved our stay at preseli glamping. The site is well considered. Each pitch has plenty of space and the site isn’t overloaded with pitches, like many others. The wash facilities are very good and regularly cleaned. The outside wash-up setup is good, could be marginally better with a better cover for inclement weather, but this is nit picking. We found the freezer didn’t re-freeze our blocks very well, but that is an issue easily solved.
The wild flowers left to grow are amazing, the fire places and available fire wood a nice touch.
Correspondence with Ruth was great.
Would recommend the walk to Abermawr.

Very basic campsite, the 4 “bathrooms” are actually a converted hanger with 4 toilets and showers in cubicles, the hanger gets very steamy when the showers have been on so beware your towel and clean clothes get very damp in there, if you are short like me (5ft 4in) you won’t get the full benefit of the shower as by the time it reaches you it’s just a mist of water, I also found it was impossible to have a shower without getting hair wet and this wasn’t great as due to no hair drying facilities it left me freezing cold at night whilst my hair was wet and still damp by morning ! Admittedly I knew it was an eco campsite but was hoping that there would be at least one plug socket in the bathroom to allow for a hair dryer (or in the utility shed which has a phone charger point and freezer). The pitches were spacious but grounds not as well kept as per website pictures, over all a lovely peaceful campsite but could do with some better toilet and shower facilities and the luxury of being able to dry your hair ! Club house next door was apparently only for people staying in the eco lodge and if we wanted to eat there it was if there was any left over availability and that the eco lodge customers got priority. Fantastic pub a short drive away called the farmers arms food was top notch and reasonably priced.

I cannot knock the campsite itself at all. Large pitches, picnic table and fire pit on each pitch, brand new shower/toilet block that is well maintained and kept clean.
It's in a beautiful location, plenty of wildlife and local walks. Short drives to all the local points of interest. Was fantastic.
Only two minor points, throughout our stay there wasn't a member of staff to be seen on the campsite at all, just occasion visits from "Tiggs" the campsite cat.
There is an information board in the carpark which states there will be a member of staff available between 6/7pm. we didn't see anyone between these times.
Next door is the "ecoLodge" which is ran by the same company, but whenever we went there for breakfast / drinks, we were made to feel like outsiders. It is very clear the staff that run the ecolodge and ventures side of the business do not prioritize camping guests.
The main issue we ad with the stay is the noise from the ecolodge, although the campsite runs a 10pm-7am "quiet time", as advertised on their website, the eco-lodge does not. Throughout our stay, the bar at the eco lodge remained open well past midnight playing loud music which could be heard across the campsite. After the bar closes, the staff leave site. This lead to several nights of the eco-lodge guests staying out on the balcony with playing music on their own personal speakers and singing well past 3am every night. It was hardly the peaceful getaway we had planned.
We reported this to the staff onsite, who didn't seem to care, and have since discussed with the admin staff. It was a real shame as it ruined what would have been a lovely campsite.

Having just returned from Preseli Glamping, we feel revived & rejuvenated. This site is a upspoilt gem with so much space between each pitch in a beautiful setting with not too many pitches. We have stayed in large camp sites before with shop, electric hook ups and all mod cons, which Preseli Glamping does not have, in our opinion this is a good thing because we really felt like we had properly escaped. The bathrooms are large and clean and the staff (who are available between 6 & 7pm) are very helpful). Cars are not allowed on the camping field and wheelbarrows are provided to transport equipment to your pitch. We were lucky not to have rain during our stay and considered that packing away with wheelbarrows to transport everything back to the car would not be much fun in the wind & rain; however the feel of the site would be ruined if cars were allowed to the pitches. The surrounding area is fantastic with plenty of lovely walks & beaches nearby & within walking distance. We didn't book kayaking / surfing / coasteering with Preseli Venture (next door) this time because they were very busy - make sure you book in advance. If you have your own kayak / paddleboard, etc, there are loads of places along the coast to launch. Overall a wonderful stay in a laid back campsite. We will definitely be back!

It's an incredibly beautiful site and the size of the pitches and the space between them is fantastic. Great to have a picnic table and fire-pit on each site too.
The facilities are pretty good, though I would have liked to have a way of rigging a washing line to dry swimming stuff and wetsuits etc.

The campsite is spacious and cars are not allowed on site - so great for families as children can roam freely. The pitches up the hill are lovely sun traps - we had glorious sun shine right until the evening. Each pitch comes with a big picnic table and fire pit with grill and logs are sold on site. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. There are so many things to do in the area and the local beach is beautiful.
The down side for us: all the toilets are within shower cubicles so in the morning and evening you might have to wait for a bit to use a toilet. But facilities are very clean.
We had a great stay at Preseli Glamping. We will be back!

Preseli Glamping staff very pleasant although communication prior to arrival wasn't great - emailed and left messages but had to chase often in each case to get a response. The website isn't that detailed so had a few questions. My sister (group of 4) booked first (will let her do her own review) and I (group of 2) decided to join her. Only pitch available to me was the new Slipper Limpet (wasn't shown on the site map at the time). On arrival, disappointed to find that we could easily have fitted both tents on one pitch (as others had done) but this was not given to us as an option. My pitch, described as in the trees (not in the trees at all - think they need to grow a bit), was a good 800m from car park and toilet block. Not allowed to drive car to pitch so had 4-5 journeys up and down hill with large heavy wheelbarrow to unload and load all my stuff. Not fun at all, especially in rain! Good side, I had a large pitch, water tap within yards, and it was quiet. Toilet block is 4-5 cubicles containing toilet, sink and shower all in one. Result = seat/floor/everything always wet and rather unpleasant. Cool LED lights in there though and are kept clean. When guests are showering (5 pm ish) expect there to be no toilets available for a long time. No hand drying facilities. Would consider toilet block far too far from Slipper Limpet and that facilities should be offered at bottom of field. Thank goodness for my portable loo! The site is in a good position for local activities and pitches are well spaced (wouldn't want any closer). All in all, I would be reluctant to stay there again.

A truly lovely campsite with lots of space for each pitch. Lovely and quiet and very little light pollution which meant we could sit and watch tons of shooting stars!
It was nice to have the cars separate from the campsite, although you do have to wheel your belongings to your pitch (which is great for fitness!) A freezer for ice blocks and phone charging point (and WiFi) and the eco lodge next door was a great place to eat.
The only small thing is the washing up sink could do with being wider to fit a washing up bowl in (tiny thing!)
A lovely campsite and we will be back!

Came back after a good stay last year - lovely quiet well-spaced out site. A few more pitches this year than last, but relieved no queues for the 4 wet rooms, lovely hot showers and always clean. This year they also have phone charging point and freezer for ice packs. Bring a hanging wash bag as no shelf to put your stuff in bathrooms. It is a long walk down or up hill when you're unloading/loading the car but it's worth it for the space and peace and quiet. We did coasteering this year and sea kayaking last year with Preseli, both highly recommended. We'll probably be back next year too!

This is an excellent campsite with pitches the size they should be! No worry of noisy neighbours or not enough space here. We were in the bottom pitch (Benny's nook) which offers a bit of protection from any wind. Do be aware the campsite is on a hill and you'll need to be feeling fit if you have lots of camping equipment to wheel up and down the hill but it really is worth it (and good exercise). The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are perfectly adequate (the washing-up sink could be a bit deeper to accommodate washing up bowls but this is really only a minor thing).
Location-wise it's brilliant - loads of great beaches within a few minutes drive and they're all so quiet. The nearest beach, which you could walk to, hardly had anyone on it.
We had an excellent holiday at Preseli Glamping and would certainly go back again.

Perfect location so close to Abermawr- even a sea view from some of the top pitches. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Pitches were perfect - well spaced with wildflowers and shrubs. Everything we could have wanted for a super duper family camping holiday!

Really memorable little place - spaced out pitches allow for much relaxing. Ideal location, easy walk down to the local beach. Great facilities, clean showers and good to know it's all heated by heat pumps. Super friendly staff.

We arrived at 5pm, and were worried when we saw a sign that suggested there weren't staff on site until 6pm. However, upon closer inspection it said we could just set up, so we made sure we were going to the correct space and set up. Some lovely staff came by at 6pm to check up on us and whether we wanted any firewood (which we did!) Unfortunately we had some bad weather, 35mph wind made being on top of the hill probably not the best spot! But would be a lovely site in good weather. Showers & toilets lovely and well cleaned, but make sure to take a bag as there isn't any shelves to keep things dry. We would happily return to this campsite, good facilities and the space itself was so great, with lots of wild grass and flowers between the pitches

What a little nugget!! Absolutely perfect. Great pitch? Lovely welcome.... very posh loos/shower block and all off the beaten track in a little bit heaven. 45 min walk to the beach and perfect for wild swimming. We booked the pitch and then got 10% off sea kayaking from preseli adventure, in the next field, which was just awesome! Don’t normally return to a campsite but this one is a must

Beautiful site, really good location, lots of bird song, huge pitch areas, clean and modern toilet block. We loved it here. The walk to the local (pebbly) beach was lovely and we had a great fun skimming stones. It was also a really sheltered pitch, we stayed on slipper limpet and we were completely out of the wind. The fire pits where really useful too and I liked that someone from the site would pop around each evening to check in and let you know what was available on the site. I will definitely be returning :-) It is worth noting that the field is absolutely no cars, so you do have to get your gear across to your pitch. This was helped by the good selection of wheelbarrows though and absolutely worth it not to have to worry any cars on site. Although I was fantasizing about a little ride on tractor with some trailers to help me.

We visited as a group of six at the end of September and had a really lovely time. The pitches are huge and well-spaced so the site feels very private. It's in an absolutely gorgeous rural location with several walks from the campsite, including along the coast path to some stunning beaches. You can't hear a single car and the evening skies were filled with bats, birds and stars - heaven.
The toilets were clean and were never busy (though we were there out of season). One drawback is that the toilets and showers are in the same cubicle with no separating wall so everything gets wet! The fire pits are exactly that, areas to lay a fire, so they don't give off as much heat as a raised fire bowl. We would also recommend bringing your own logs and kindling (the nearby petrol station sells them) as the lot we bought from the site were wet, meaning a very smoky fire.

Amazing campsite with plenty of space! This is a wonderful campsite with huge pitches and a great amount of privacy due to the pitches spaced out so lovely. This was ideas as we stayed with our young dog. The toilets and washing up facilities were always spotless and the staff very helpful. There is 2 lovely beaches with easy walking distance and plenty of amazing walks and things to do in the area. Only thing would be ideal if there was a freezer you could access yourself to pop freezer block in, you can give to the staff in the morning or evening, and a charging station to recharge batteries. Otherwise a wonderful place and would def return.
