Nantbach Retreat offers you the opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life, reconnect with those most important to you and more importantly yourself. Nestled in our forest with far reaching views over rolling Welsh hills let your attention be focused on the beauty of nature that surrounds you. Choose to stay in either our 2 person bunkhouse with private camp kitchen and shower room, 4 person Landpod with retractable sides or our 5 person Karsten tent, both nestled amongst our forest. Truly unwind with a soak in the 2 person wood fired hot tub looking out to Madryn Garn to the left and Boduan Garn to the right, bookable with the hosts at no extra charge.

Camping Pod

Lovely pit stop en route to Snowdon

We booked the pod as it’s a good distance from Mount Snowdon. Owners are lovely and friendly. The pod is nice and cosy, very clean, perfect for a ‘glamping’ experience. Would definitely return if we visit Wales again.

100% recommended!

We had a fabulous time staying in the pod! Everything was spot on - very clean, great facilities and a fantastic host! The setting is stunning & we were lucky enough to enjoy magical evenings in the hot tub. We definitely hope to return and would 100% recommend it! The local beaches are great, as is the local pub. A real gem of a place!

Absolutely recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at the pod, John really made us feel welcome, helped us in any way he could, provided advice and information and a lovely cup of coffee. We loved the pod, it is so cozy and comfortable and also the land was beautiful, the view near the bathrooms and the hot tub is breathtaking . Despite the morning drizzle it was the best to be in the hot tub looking at the beautiful scenery. We’ll definitely save the place on our map for future holidays. Thank you! Simona, Adam and Noah

Great place to stay

Very cosy pod, excellent location, 10 minutes from Nefyn and Pwllheli, 20 mins from Abersoch. All necessary facilities provided; clean toilet and shower, sink, plates & cutlery, fire lighters and logs! With the added bonus of a BBQ, Firepit and very clean hot tub filled with fresh water before we arrived, overlooking an amazing view Great host, very attentive and offered to help with everything Couldn’t fault it will definitely stay again

Perfect place and great host

Fantastic place for a weekend break. John is a brilliant host and really went the extra mile with us by giving us some ideas for walks down to the coast and places to eat. Even picked us up from the pub :-)
