Close to Nature
I thoroughly enjoy camping at Felin Uchaf, I have camped there on three occasions now. Each site is of good size and plenty of space between them. Nature plays a major role here and is an integral component of what makes this place unique. There are plenty of walks to explore and a visit to the wonderful cafe is a must. Highly recommended

Beautiful
The campsite feels secluded and wild, and was the perfect week long solo retreat. The peninsula itself has good walks, both coastal and inland. And the microclimate is slightly warmer then Snowdonia itself.
The campsite is attached to a rather unique project exploring traditional architecture and building methods, aligned both with the wider natural world. and ancient mythology.
Looking forward to revisiting.

A camping delight.
I simply love camping at Felin Uchaf, the setting is peaceful and a spirituality exists there that comes from being close to nature (imho). Each individual pitch is a good size, with plenty of space betwixt them. There is a communal fire pit area with lights etc. The compost toilet is a thing of beauty (trust me) , the outside shower is functional and a pleasure to use. The recently opened Cafe is a place to visit in its own right. The structure is a delight for eyes and the soul, the food and the drinks it serves is a treat for palate. All in all, I can highly recommend this wonderful place.

Lovely spaced out and level pitches. Rest of meadow left to grow naturally. Peaceful environment with lots of walks around the 10 acre site.

Simply Wonderful
I absolutely loved staying at Felin Uchaf, I came seeking peace and happiness, and found both in abundance. The site itself is well laid out, each pitch was well sited with plenty of room. The majority of the camp area was left to nature, meadow grasses too numerous to list. The compost toilet is a building of great beauty, there is a new shower (outdoor) facility which works very well and was greatly appreciated given the hot weather. There is a cafè a few hundred yards from the camp area and it is not to be missed. The food is delicious, cakes galore and an excellent choice of beverages (hot and cold). The word staff is far too formal to describe those who work both in the cafe and in Felin Uchaf as a whole. The atmosphere they generate is one of friendliness and harmony. I cannot recommend this camp enough, I will most certainly return . Highly recommended
