I just purchased 4 acres of land in west TN to place my tiny house on wheels. I plan on renting out my tiny house in the near future. The land is mowed down, lush green with some trees in the middle and just all around beautiful. I just added gravel Rv pads and rock paths around the homestead as well as 6 large wildflower gardens. Right now there are no activities on the land. Just a place to stay if someone wants to camp or you can walk on the paths. If you have a golf cart, you can ride those on the property. I do own 5 chickens which are a delight and I sell farm fresh eggs. Produce coming this year. The camp sites have not been broken in yet so the spots are not in a designated area yet. There are 4 tent camp spots to choose from. The photos you see are the areas you can choose from. I supply a fire pit for your use during your stay.
