There are two additional tents in the field that are generously spaced so you really can enjoy your own piece of the outdoors. Cars are not allowed in the field, so there will be a short walk from the car park in the main farmyard to the bell tent. We provide you with a brightly coloured wheelbarrow to help you carry your belongings. Inside the tent there’s a king-sized bed, with feather duvet and hotel standard mattress to ensure you get a comfortable night’s sleep. There are also two chairs to relax in, and a small tray table. Outside the bell tent there is a decking area and fire pit which gives you perfect views up and down the valley. From here you can see the sun rise in the morning and set in the evening. The bathroom is situated up in the main farmyard which is a walk away. You’ll have your own designated bathroom which consists of timed electric shower, sink with cold running water and eco-friendly, water free, composting toilet. Eco friendly soap and towels are provided. You’ll have to walk through the meadow to get to and from the bell tent so sensible shoes are a must, and waterproofs are recommended. The bell tent sits on an organic farm steading, and whilst we do our best to keep the peace and tranquillity, we have to warn people that there is a chance that there may be sheep wandering, geese honking and tractors going about the place.
