Rustic Sugar Shack
Great experience!
We loved the Sugar Shack experience with Ulrike! Bonus is that we could stay with our doggo nice and safely, the terrace has fencing around so we did not have to worry and let her run free.
In addition to comfy bed you’ll have a nice romantic terrace, a swing and a separate fire pit which we enjoyed very much.
We were happy to have a hot shower and complimentary delicious hot breakfast on Sunday. Highly recommend this place, we’ll be back!

Site 1 - Eagles Aerie
This stay was absolutely incredible! We were greeted with a tour of the property, being offered blueberries from the bushes and access to the porch to eat dinner. The camp spots are close to a road but didn't notice much traffic noise once night fell. Being able to take a shower in the house after a day's cycling was hugely appreciated too! Fresh zucchini bread was in the oven when we arrived and that made a perfect breakfast the following morning. Can't say enough nice things about the hospitality, would definitely stay again without any doubt!

Car camping heaven
I loved my tent camp setup that was close to my car and included a fireplace, table, and chairs. Sunday morning muffins and tea were the best and I was disappointed that my departure time was prior to breakfast.
I stayed here to ride at Highland Mountain Bike Park which is a 20 minute drive. Franklin Falls Dam singletrack is next door to Eagles Aerie and it was great to ride on some of these trails.

Back of the Paca Field
Back of the Field camping
This was an awesome experience! My family of 5 camped 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend, in the Back of the Field site. Lots of space for our tents and gear. Had what looked to be a new grill and picnic table, as well as a private fire ring for the site. Super clean site - as well as the cleanest port-a-potties ever (a short walk, by the house). There were several other groups camping, but it still felt private and like we had our own space. The alpacas were a super fun addition for the kids. We were able to feed and bathe them. They stayed close to the barn - never venturing over to our site. The hosts were so lovely and helpful and provided a delicious farm breakfast on the Sunday. Overall a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend!

Berry Beautiful Pacas
We loved camping at Paca Hill Farms! Ulrike was an amazing host and offered us use of an inside bathroom/shower and a guest bedroom to use of the temperatures dropped too low. She went above and beyond to give us a wonderful spring camping experience. The property was gorgeous and we had the best time visiting with the alpacas. Definitely will be back again when it’s warmer!

A very wonderful stay
We stayed at Paca Hill Farm for one night. The campsite is incredibly beautiful, and very well kept/clean. We slept next to alpacas which was a really unique, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our campfire had a grate on top, allowing for easy cooking, The host, Ulrike, was extremely kind to us, allowing us to use her home shower, and prepared a delicious breakfast in the morning. Her friend even helped us get out of a mud pit in which our car got stuck; all to say that she went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. Would 100% recommend, in fact we are going back!

Awesome time with the Alpacas!
We had such an amazing time at Paca Hill. Ulrike was an incredible host. Our tent site was in a beautiful site surrounded by cranberry trees with a hammock and the alpacas were roaming close by. In the Morning Ulrike prepared a wonderful breakfast and let us bathe the alpacas. It was overall a wonderful experience and I definitely cannot wait to go back

Best Experience Ever
Was not just a camping trip, it was a whole experience like no other! We pitched our tent directly next to the alpaca’s greenhouse and woke up in the morning to them greeting us outside our tent! Have never seen so many stars in our lives, almost looked as if we could see the entire galaxy. Ulrike was an amazing host! Fresh cooked farm breakfast, and so many cool things you can purchase at the farm store. We got to give the alpacas a bath! They were all super cute and friendly and love people! We will definitely be coming back and cannot wait. Definitely spending more than 1 night there next time! An unforgettable experience I never knew was on our bucket list.

1st Hipcamp trip set the bar high
This was the first trip using Hipcamp and set the bar high from the first interaction. Ricky is an amazing host with a beautiful piece of property, whether your looking for a peaceful quiet time or looking to know more about farm life this is the place. Many repeat campers, community conversation or the solitude of the night sky Paca Hill Farm has it all.
Site 4 was tucked in the back of the Alpaca field and we were visited by our curious friends a few times. A nice flat site which was perfect for our rooftop tent, equipped with a fire ring and swing-out grill top. A bundle of starter wood and more dry firewood is available for $10.00.
Francis, Ricky's dog, welcomed everyone who walked by and made sure she introduced herself to everyone.
Ricky had prepared a delicious community breakfast on Sunday which was an unexpected treat and made this excursion feel more like an adventurous B&B. We had the chance to talk to other campers and exchange travel ideas, stories as we all enjoyed endless coffee.
This exceeded all our expectations and we will be sure to make this a repeat experience. Also after coming back home I realized this camp is New Hampshire’s #1 Hipcamp destination and I can see why.
We’ll be back soon

The Vineyard
Nestled under an enchanted birch tree, I drift off to sleep as moonlight dances amidst the quaking leaves. A few restful hours later, I open my eyes.to a pink sunrise as a deer ambles past my faithful camper van, Wicked Wilma.
I had visited this same site a year ago and I’ve already reserved this magical spot for 2022
My favorite place to hang out —- expansive blue sky and white fluffy clouds floating above a rolling meadow festooned with wildflowers. I placed my chair next to a rustic artists’ easel planted next to a weathered stone wall. I am convinced the higgledy-piggledy stones house fairies, gnomes and nymphs. And Tinkerbell. I spent my day spinning fiber, a gift courtesy of the resident alpacas. A simply remarkable “farm-to-spinning-wheel-to sweater”experience.
The amenities are plentiful and the host and staff are at the ready to make sure you have the best time possible.
Great location, great host, great ambiance. I hope you find the magic.

Coolest camping experience for kids
We had an incredible stay with Ulrike and her alpaca gals. We were fortunate to have come during an artisan fair weekend, which was even better than expected! The kids LOVED interacting the animals, especially the farm cats. The other guests were lovely and breakfast was a delightful surprise. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a magical night camping at Paca Hill Farm. It was a great spot to pitch our tent and the kids loved the animals (kitties, dogs, chickens and of course alpacas). Ulrike was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back again sometime!

Great for kids (of all ages)
Really fun for our three kids! Our campsite was literally next to the alpaca stable so they got lots of time visiting the herd. (The kids also got to help out with the alpacas' weekly bath.) The kids also enjoyed playing with the farm's cat and dog. Several other camping groups were present, but we all had plenty of space. Firewood was provided for a campfire that doubled as a cookfire with a clever grilling grate. The included breakfast was delicious. Magnificent views of Belknap Mountain. Finally - the portable toilets were the cleanest ones I have literally ever seen. Would definitely stay again!
