Private yet homey
Great little camping spot. Set-up is great and there's a platform for tents etc. I paid an add-on for some smores and they were a lovely touch :)
A heads up; the camping spots are a short distance walk into the woods at the BOTTOM of the hillside shown and you park your car about a 5-minute walk away. So don't show up with a car tent like me if you want to sleep at the actual campsite oops lol.

Site 2 - Cardigan Skyline Camps
A lovely site& even lovelier hosts!
What a lovely property and what gracious hosts! We spent two nights camping with our young children at site 2, and Marcy and Dan met us to help transport our gear down and then came to the rescue with a warmer sleeping bag on the second day when one of ours proved insufficient for the frigid nighttime temps! The sites are thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained: the tarp above the picnic table was hugely helpful in the drizzle, and it was a treat not to have to think about potable water or trash and recycling disposal! The outhouse was well maintained and had some sweet, homey touches. The sites felt very private from one another- we were only aware of site 1's fire through the far trees when we went to use the outhouse at night. We would definitely return. We felt spoiled with the thoughtful touches, and knowing that we had a support team in our hosts up on the hill made camping with two young kids feel low risk! Many, many thanks, Marcy and Dan!

Site 2 - Cardigan Skyline Camps
Private, homey tenting site
There are only two sites here, which was something we looked for. We loved the isolation and deep woods feel of site#2 where we stayed at Marcy’s Hipcamp. Total quiet at night, tall trees all around. Perfect for tenting. The privy/outhouse was clean and welcoming. The trail to #2 is downhill, so it’s uphill going back of course! We loved the site, and the overall feel. There is lots of small dead wood around for getting your fire going, and you can buy bigger stuff. There was a saw as well. A tarp, picnic table, and camp chair are a real bonus - less to carry. It’s got a very homey feel to it. We really enjoyed it.

Great stay in the woods!
Amazing camp! We will be going back again! Great wooden platform, illuminated path for walking from the parking to the site, tarp rain tent for picnic area, awesome amenities. Clean and well cared for! Marcy is a great host!

Site 2 - Cardigan Skyline Camps
The campsite itself was lovely, private and set up so my group of friends and I could easily enjoy our stay! The privy was very accessible and set up in a way that it felt cute and original. The owners were very pleasant and helpful.
The campsite is a bit of a walk away from where you park your car. Fortunately they had wagons for us to use to tote our things to the campsite which was VERY helpful however the path is on an incline and it became difficult navigating the wagons and it fell at one point. I would suggest being aware of how many things you're bringing and trying to keep it contained (stuff things in bags/bins instead of loose) to make that walk easier.

Great host! Helped us with bags in the rain. The campsite has a nice tent pad and tarp over the table to stay dry in the rain. Plenty of water was provided. Also having morning coffee provided was a great start to the day before a rainy bike ride.

Site 2 was perfect
This site is exactly what we were looking for. It is secluded and you are really in the woods. Its definitely a little hike to the site so pack lighter than normal. We had help bring stuff down with provided carts which was so much help! They really go above and beyond. There is drinkable water, matches, a saw and much more at the site. I can’t say enough about how great it was. We were blown away.

Beautiful site and gracious hosts!
Dan and Marcy are absolutely great hosts and the site is very private and set up superbly. The picnic table, trash/recycling, drinking water, and camping chairs were so great to have. The privy was very clean and stocked with TP. The wood we bought from them was quality hardwood as well. They were even so kind to bring it down to us and help us lug our stuff with their Gator up and down the hill. I wouldn’t bring too much, you have all you need minus the tent and food here! The location was perfect for Grafton Pond if you like to kayak. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful site (Site 2).

Hiking and kayak trip
Marcy thought if everything! Parking is clearly labeled, she met us at our car and had wagons ready so we could bring our bags to site #2, and at the site she had set up food storage, trash, recycling, and water for drinking and extinguishing the fire. She even had 2 citronella candles with matches, which we appreciated. The campsite was perfect and close to hiking at Mt. Cardigan and paddling/swimming at Grafton Pond. Thank you!

Easy to find and well appointed
I booked late at night after the host had gone to bed, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find it without waking her up. But there was a well lit path that led to a little grotto that was nicely set up with the basics. There is a cart to bring stuff from your car. Site #1, where I was can hold a typical 3-person dome tent on the platform. There was a keg of water and a really cute and well-maintained outhouse. My son loved it and so did my dogs. It’s a lovely spot and the hosts are very nice. It’s a bit off the beaten path but very comfortable and well worth it. The $6 firewood bundle is huge.

Forest retreat
Definitely recommend this spot for quiet stay in a really beautiful part of New Hampshire. From the listing, I expected kitschy, but this place is really lovely and the touches the owners have added are thoughtful, quality amenities that really enhance the experience, like bridges to keep the path passable, and reflective signs to keep you oriented in the dark. Our group of four, experienced campers but the kind who appreciate comfort, loved the spaciousness of site 2 for our two tents, easy access to the really well maintained pit toilet, and great potable water supply on site. Marcy/Dan came for the trash and recycling daily, which helped us keep the site clean and free of wildlife conflict. We were there for some hard rain and a range of temps, and the site itself was naturally sheltered in the forest to minimize all of it, but with plenty of airflow so somehow the bugs aren't bad, and an amazing diversity of native ferns managing water flow. The hike in/out was a bit more than we expected but was manageable even for our non-minimal packing.

We enjoyed the camp site, which includes a fire pit, tent platform and covered picnic table. We added the homemade blueberry muffins and they were delicious! Marcy was very helpful and even loaned us the kayaks for the day to go out on Grafton Pond. Definitely recommend!

Happy Campers! ♥️
I booked this trip as a surprise for Father’s Day. My husband and son both love to camp and it was the first time of the year so it had to be perfect… during the night it sprinkled, it was so windy, it was so cold but still SO UNBELIEVABLY PERFECT! Even our 7 year old had no complaints.
They have a sheltered area already up so that was awesome and they left an extra tarp so we used it over our tent for extra protection during the night. They gave us plenty of firewood and even allowed us to use the fallen branches so my son went wild finding all he could to help out. They also gave us plenty of water too.
We went for two hikes around the beautiful, peaceful trails and in the last hour there, we finally found all of the gnomes -which was a good challenge and so much fun.
The kindness level was just through the roof, they gave us privacy, they were helpful and you could just immediately tell they’re some truly amazing people.
We will be back!

Site 2 - Cardigan Skyline Camps
Cardigan Skyline Camps was the perfect blend of seclusion and amenities for our camping trip. We were the only group there during our trip and opted for site #1 due to the shorter walk to/from the cars, but both sites were beautiful and far enough away from each other to feel secluded. There was more than enough potable water at our site stores in large jugs. The picnic table with rain tarp was helpful to keep gear dry if needed. The privy was immaculate and worthy of 5 stars alone. There is also terrific cell service (Verizon at least) if needed.
Marcy and Dan couldn’t have been more hospitable and were very responsive to questions and requests before and during our stay. Every detail was well thought out and made it easy to enjoy the experience.

Well Appointed Camp
Marcy's camp was great, stocked with water, fire pit, picnic table, bear food storage and tarps, with a good options for laying our tent under tree canopy, a good distance away from the other camp on site. Marcy was very responsive and even met us at Grafton Pond with her kayaks since our car couldn't transport them. We would definitely come back and stay again!
