My land is about 4 acres, partially mowed and partially wooded. It abuts the Corps of Engineers land that is part of Smithville Lake. The large creek in the back eventually leads to the lake. Wildlife, birds and wild flowers are abundant! Nearby attractions include Smithville Lake access, hiking, fishing, boating, golfing, swimming , shopping and all our quaint town has to offer.
