A sleepy Stony Creek connects the two lakes where guests can float from Stony Lake to the Lake Michigan inlet by inner tube or raft. Breathtaking Silver Lake Sand Dunes 15 min by car, an incredible natural attraction with dune-buggy and pontoon rentals plus numerous mini-golf and adventure parks. Cherry, asparagus and apple stands pepper the main route from the campsite to Silver Lake.
Stony Lake surrounding area is quaint and friendly, mostly occupied by youth camps and a small local community. It is only modestly busy during peak summer months with Stony Lake Inn restaurant walking distance from site as well as a small local convenience store. There's a baseball field and playground nearby...
