TEXAS the American School Bus!
Really cool experience
I booked this as a pre school treat, and it was a huge hit with the little ones. It’s been done up to a high standard inside and the beds are so comfy you might not want to leave

TEXAS the American School Bus!
Two night stay for a birthday
Totally awesome experience! As close to a hotel stay as it gets in terms of convenience but still with a nice camping feel. Really stylish interior in the bus, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen. Children were thrilled, the boy loved the driving seat and the girl the animals in the camp (Guinea pigs, rabbits and local cat). Thai massage and restaurant were very good, assault course next door (unrelated to the camp) also worth a visit for the active bunch. Highly recommend!

TEXAS the American School Bus!
Unique camping experience
The site is really well organised and the facilities are great. We really enjoyed the school bus, which is very well equipped and has lots of room. Highly recommended for an unusual stay which will keep the kids entertained!

TEXAS the American School Bus!
Great fun with children!
Stayed with two children (aged 8 and 6) and a baby. We all had a lovely time and the bus was well fitted out. The top bunk was too high for my children as there was little to stop them falling out but would be great if a little older. Curtains across the bunks were a lovely touch and gave some privacy. There was space to put up a travel cot in the living area so I slept next to this on the sofa bed which did the job. I’m told the actual beds were very comfortable and the duvets were lovely and warm! The kids enjoyed sitting in the drivers seat pretending to drive the bus - this kept them entertained for most of our stay! Plenty of plug sockets to charge devices, etc. The bus was very close to the toilets which was handy. There was a shower on board. We ordered from the Thai restaurant on site on the first night and the food was amazing! My only real criticism of our stay was that there was a draft coming through the door which made the living area get cold quickly at night but this wouldn’t stop me staying again.

TEXAS the American School Bus!
All aboard!
We had a fantastic time staying on ‘Texas’! It’s so well decked out and really comfortable to sleep in. We were there with our 6 and 4 year olds who loved the bunk beds and ‘driving’ the bus! The campsite itself is well set-up and the owners were really helpful. An added bonus was the bus’s positioning - close to the toilets and showers (there’s no toilet on board which I hadn’t quite appreciated when I booked but really wasn’t an issue), and near enough to the playground that we could watch the kids from the bus. We got really lucky with the weather and were only there for two nights, but have come back feeling very rested, with the kids declaring, “This was the best trip ever!”
