Springbridge Farm is a family friendly campsite situated in Otterbourne, Winchester. Non electric pitches available to campervans, motorhomes and tents. Only 10 minutes from Winchester and 20 minutes to the New Forest Onsite van serving takeaway food, with pubs and restaurants nearby Nestled on the edge of a nature reserve, a great spot for countryside lovers Dogs are allowedThere are 60 pitches available at a cost of £21 per pitch per night. Maximum of one tent or caravan or motorhome per pitch and no more than 6 people per pitch. One dog is allowed at no extra charge. Additional dogs £5 each. Second vehicle charge £5. There is a toilet block on site but no showers at present.

Probably the nicest this I can say about the site is that its level, and the river is pretty. You're under a flight path, very near a railway line, and a loud road. The toilets were grim and understocked. The water pipe was a challenge to find. The gates in and out are locked and you have to ask for the codes. I sort of feel these should be shared when you book. Comms with the owner through the hi-camp app were very poor.

The space was really nice, very quiet. Lovely river next to the camp site that has a nice walk, field attached has goats in. Only downfall is that the toilets were really dirty

Super weekend!! 🤍

Colin has a lovely bit of land that does make you feel like you're in the middle of no where but actually super close to shops which was really helpful when we needed to go a get new beds as ours popped! Toilets were clean, loo roll provided. Sinks also clean with antibac hand soap. Perfect enough for camping. Colin was super lovely and we paid for a firepit and he was kind enough to supply logs and kinderling for our stay. He was always just a phone call away and always happy to help, nothing ever seemed too much for him. The land is very secure - locks on the gates so not just anybody can walk on in. The same with the gate into the back path where the river is. The river was lovely and our kids loved a little dip and play, they also loved the goats/sheep(?) Which are fensed off next to the land where we camped, they were noisey things but never kept us awake or annoyed us - they were actually quite enjoyable to be next to. Our kids and even us enjoyed watching the planes fly past, ideal if you've got little ones! Never too noisy, train tracks right next to land too but again, didn't effect our stay in the slightest. Only noticed it if you were trying to listen for it. We have the loveliest little break away and the children and our doggo just absolutely loved running around the field and being free for the weekend. We would 100% stay again!

We had a great time on our second visit to Colin’s land. Colin is a friendly, helpful host and we felt really welcomed. Plus the Itchen River is so fun to walk along and explore.
