Unless you have a tent don’t bother
the plot that we booked on hipcamp was not actually available when we got there! They sent us down a track which was totally unsuitable and was just a dead end with only room to turn around with very soft ground for a heavy van! They had to tow us out with a tractor Then they sent us down another track which again was unsuitable for our van which caused our bumper to be ripped off !! And unless we camped right in the middle of the track there was nowhere to set up camp! This ruined our last day on holiday as we had to waste time getting the van towed out and find another campsite so we lost a whole day! Not only this but We now have to pay for a new bumper!! I was then only offered a partial refund as he had to take time off work to tow us out!! Shocking!!!

Friendly and helpful host in Digby.
Suggested we moved from the lush meadow to another area as other campers dog may be a problem, which was thoughtful. Unfortunately this pitch was on dirt and very dusty, but we had a good time nonetheless.

Will definately be back!
We had an amazing time camping here, the place is truly stunning! It's fully secluded and extremely peaceful, we had the entire field to ourselves. Really nice & friendly host. There's horse's and cows on the neighbouring field which were lovely to watch, lots of wildlife- we even had a deer come and visit our campsite. Fresh running water at the trough should you need it. I cannot fault this place, The best camping experience we have had so far! Would highly recommend!

Peaceful meadow
Beautiful peaceful spot, easy access, level enough with plenty of walks and a lovely pub only about a mile away. Digby was a fab host who made us feel very welcome and was genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay.
