A spacious, private, off grid comfortable yurt. Cosy at night, with woodburner, thick wool insulation and insulated raised flooring. Huge crown window to star gaze from your kingsized bed or enjoy an outdoor fire.
A magical place to retreat with a special energy. You have private use of the one acre rewilded nature reserve, enclosed by mature hedging and trees it feels wild and natural yet is easy to access. Mamy birds, butterflies and wildflowers. The yurt is at the top of the meadow. There is an outside fire pit and a rustic barn kitchen.
Dogs welcome.
King sized bed and 2 single mattress for additional guests on request, or the option of up to 4 single beds instead. Bedlinen, kitchen equipment, gas hob, basket of logs, kindling etc provided. There is a selection of cast iron cooking pans, dutch oven etc to cook on the outdoor firepit.

Please Note, no running water, no shower. Drinking and washing up water is provided. There are solar powered lights.
The site is close to a working farm. A small country road runs alongside the land.
Local walks at the National Trusts Turn Hill/Aller woods.
Pitney has an organic farm shop, organic farm cafe and good pub for food. Langport 10 mins drive away has shops, cafes, River Parrat boat/bike/stand up paddle board/kayak hire. Nearby are the RSPB reserves Ham Wall ,Westhay, Shapwick and Avalon Marsh Centre known for its starling murmuration's.
Glastonbury is 20 mins away.
The area is very rural, you need a vehicle.
