What a special place! Perfect for young children - so peaceful and well organised. We absolutely loved it and will go back! Also lots to do in the area and gorgeous local pubs.

Sarah, Tony and family thank you dearly for inviting us to your glamping site. A very well thought out and well utilised site to accommodate guests of all ages. The site really is a great getaway for the family. There is something to do for guests of all ages. The outdoor activities kept us all entertained. And this was the very reason we opted to stay here. Sarah and Tony, you both were very welcoming and accommodating, genuinely kind hearted and always happy to have a chat and give us insight into the 'who, what and where' around the site. The pods were great. The colour coded articles placed around each pod, both internally and externally brought individuality to each pod. Aesthetically this looked great! Internally, each pod, is well equipped for any stay. The kitchenette has everything you'd need to prepare for all meals. The bathroom was well equipped for our stay and well maintained. Overall, the pods internally and externally were of a great living standard, clean, well maintained and fully equipped. The outdoor area was well preserved, the grass was well maintained, the equipment was all kept in tact. Everything was fully functioning, nothing was broken or on it's last leg. Would highly recommend to all ages.

We had a wonderful time at Rankins Farm its just a shame it had to come to a end. The pods were very comfortable and had everything in there that we needed. The firepit was a great touch for the evening. we will definitely be booking again soon and will be telling all friends about this place. Thanks for having us Sarah + Tony See you again soon

A great place to stay and what a joy it was. The pods look exactly how they look online and are super clean. The massive open space was perfect and sitting by the BBQ fire we set ourselves was lovely. I would 100% recommend and would go again soon!

I went with my Daughter and 2 grandchildren, we arrived to find an absolutely beautiful and pristine glamping pod, we had a lovley surprise of a welcome pack for breakfast, including milk, water and 2 small bottles of fruit juice, also tea coffee and sugar supplied, everything we needed was there and more, the play area was perfect for the children and adults alike, we could not fault it, we are going to go back every year with other family and friends, we felt very safe and secure, including the children able to play within a safe distance of us, it was perfect, Sarah and Tony were very very nice and welcoming, 1st class in every way.

We had a fabulous two night stay at Rankins farm. We were warmly welcomed by the owners to when we arrived. My 6 yr old loved being able to play on the swing and run around safely in the expanse of space around the pods. We stayed in the Jubileum pod, which was very clean, cosy and had everything you’d need. The thoughtful touches of a welcome basket with cereals, pain au chocolate and marshmallows were lovely. We found the information booklet really helpful, with tips on local restaurants and how best to start the fire pit. We didn’t use the huge pizza oven on this visit but may be braver next time!

Lovely place to stay very clean. Quite spacious inside with fully equipped kitchen, shower. We were made very welcome by the owners . All the extra little touches like welcome baskets with cereal, pan o chocolate and even marshmallows for cooking on the fire. There is plenty of space for kids to run around with play area and large jenga and other games provided in box. Also in each pod was a box with cards and boules in. Spent evenings around the fire, kindling and logs provided. It is situated quite central to a lot if places to visit whilst we were there we went yo Leeds castle and chatham dockyards. There also a supermarket about 7 mins drive away if like me you forgot something. Would really recommend a visit.

Although a short visit (with some rain...but who cares) we had such a lovely time, joined by our friends staying at the pod next door. The kiddos played together within view of our pods, we had each of our meals over campfire and made an adventure of the walk up to the Bull Inn (fantastic views). It was a perfect layout for our little family. Everything was carefully stocked and laid out - thank you Sarah and Tony!

We have just returned from 2 nights at Rankins Farm glamping as a family of 11 The experience and the facilities were fantastic. We arrived to a very friendly welcome by both Tony and Sarah and everything had been thought about for our stay The grandkids loved the trollies that took our language up to our pods. The welcome packs were amazing We had everything you could think off in side the pod The pods are fairly spacious and extremely clean with everything needed for our stay. Our pod was named 'Victoria after the plum trees that was planted next to the pod. We made use of the firepit in the evenings and also to cook our full English breakfast one morning which was great! Kindling and wood readily available. The site is perfect to let the children run free with a little park and loads of space to play football without disturbing anyone else. We loved everything about our stay it gave us all family time which we needed We will defiantly be going back. Thank you both.

My boyfriend and I had a brilliant few days at Rankins Farm. The glamping pods were lovely, very clean and the bed was spacious. We were provided with a great book showing us local attractions, and all the necessities we needed. The fire pit is very easy to use, and there's a lovely communal atmosphere with the other people around. Our hosts were lovely, going out of their way to make sure we had a good time, including giving us a lift to the bus stop and helping us with our luggage. Overall would massively recommend Rankins Farm for people of all ages.

We have just returned from 2 nights at Rankins Farm glamping as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids age 7 and 9) We all absolutely LOVED the experience and the facilities were fantastic. I had a few queries prior to our stay which Sarah was very helpful with. We arrived to a very friendly welcome by both Tony and Sarah and everything had been thought about for our stay (dedicated parking space, pull along trolleys for luggage, welcome pack & breakfast hamper, small toiletries pack, plenty of kitchen/bbq utensils, starter pack of kindling/logs etc - it was all amazing!) The pods are fairly spacious and extremely clean with everything needed for our stay. Our pod was named 'Marjorie' which was great! We made use of the firepit in the evenings and also to cook our full english breakfast one morning which was great! Kindling and wood readily available. We also used 'The Beast' for pizzas one night which was great and they tasted soo yummy! The site is perfect to let the children run free with a little park/trim trail area and petanque area. Plenty of space for the boys to play football without disturbing anyone else on site. Short drive into Leeds Castle one day, Cobtree Manor Park another day and a trip to the comfiest cinema we've been too in the Odeon Luxe! We loved everything about our stay and the only thing we would change if we could would be the weather - it was quite wet and windy but it did not affect our experience too much! We’ve just returned from a weekend at Rankins Farm. We had such lovely time, we booked our next stay already. I was in touch with Sarah prior to our trip. She was very responsive and helpful, answering my (many) questions. We went with our young daughters who had the best time. On arrival, we were welcomed by Sarah and Tony and showed to our pod. They were so lovely and friendly. The land where the pods are is absolutely immaculate, everything beautifully maintained. Children area is lovely and there are outdoor games to play too. The pod is clean and really well equipped. Everything you need in the kitchen is there. We also had a lovely welcome basket with goodies, milk and local apple juice in the fridge. Bathroom was clean with complimentary toiletries. The underfloor heating great when it got cold outside. There is a bench and wooden chairs outside the pod. A fire pit with a barbecue grill. We brought our food but next time we will have a grocery shop delivered there to save space in the car. We stayed 2 nights. We enjoyed walking around the plum and apple orchards and playing outside. On the day of our check out we went to Leeds castle which was a great day trip before heading home. I would highly recommend Rankins farm.

We had a superb family glamping experience. Such a well thought through and beautiful site. The underfloor heating was perfect for a chilly Easter and the kids loved the roasting marshmallows on the outside fire pit. As parents we appreciated that the playground was right in front of the camping pods so we could keep an eye on them whilst we cooked. In good location near Leeds Castle and Hush Heath winery. We hope to return to make the most of the pizza oven and outstanding hospitality. Thank you so much for such a brilliant mini break. (Kids aged 7 and 3 yo).

We arrived slightly earlier than planned and was greeted by Sarah and Tony with such a warm welcome. They showed us to our pod and were so accommodating. The pods were clean and had everything you needed including a beautiful welcome basket with cereal, pastries and marshmallows for toasting over the fire pit were perfect. There was also milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and sugar provided which was a lovely little touch. Then space outside is wonderful for children and very safe my kids loved the freedom of going to the park and we could see them at all times from the pod. Everything we asked Tony and Sarah was met with a smile and nothing was too much for them if they could do it or help they did. We will definitely be booking to go back next.

We had a fantastic stay at Rankins farm. We stayed for a week and were greeted with a lovely welcome. Our 3 year old was in awe of our purple pod and so excited to toast marshmallows and play in the onsite children’s play area. The local area was full of things to do. Evenings on the farm were relaxing and we used the pizza oven “the beast” which was fantastic. The procedures that were put in place fire to covid reassured us and we felt safe in the current situation. We will definitely be back. Thank you

I looked around for a while a somewhere to go in UK and that would be fun for the kids and relaxing for parents. This place ticks all the boxes. The kids had freedom to run around the site with play areas and large filed to play games , we could keep an eye on them whilst relaxing with a cold drink in the sun (We were very lucky with weather). The cabins were clean and well set out, the whole break from start to finish was great and Tony & Sarah made us very welcome and couldn't do enough to help us out or recommend places to go. Would love to go back and would recommend this venue to anyone. 5 Stars *****

In the words of my 7 year old son, these were “the best three days of my life”. This was the perfect little getaway- BBQs, fire pit, comfortable pod, kids play area, boules and our favourite feature: the incredible pizza oven! We had an awesome time just hanging out, making great slow food, foraging for mushrooms and just enjoying being a bit closer to nature. The owners Tony and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this break and am planning to come back soon with the whole family!

This was the first time we had a glamping experience and it was the best! Sarah & Tony were so friendly & accommodating which made our stay that much more comfortable! The little things made a difference, a welcome basket, birthday balloon as I went for my birthday and it was also a homely cabin! Its children friendly so perfect for families but also for couples too! Definitely will be coming back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I took my 11 year old with a bunch of friends to celebrate her birthday. Girls and adults had an amazing time! the girls didn't even miss their confiscated mobiles during the length of our stay! If that doesn't sums it up, I don't know what can. The couple running the site where very helpful, accesible and received us all with a smile. The pods and premises are well equipped, well maintained and really clean. We enjoyed preparing our pizzas in the pizza oven. The owners have thought of everything to facilitate making them from scratch (stain-steel table, cookware, proper oven gloves and clear instructions to light "the monster"). We will definitely consider coming back.

What a lovely couple of days we had at Rankins Farm. I booked it as a surprise for my husband and son and they were blown away. As was I. Tony and Sarah are so lovely and helpful, the accommodation was clean and all the little touches were so thoughtful. They even got us a balloon as it was our Wedding Anniversary. We were due to go out for the day to the seaside on the Saturday but our son just wanted to stay on site and enjoy the games and playground and pod and to be honest so did we. We stayed at Oullins with my partner, my daughter and her friend for three nights. the pod was well equipped and clean upon arrival. Tiny and Susan were on hand when we arrived to orientate us to our pod. There are wheeled trolleys to help take your luggage to the pod and this was great for the kids as they suddenly became quite helpful! The fire pit and the pizza oven are a great addition to the site for food preparation/cooking. the hut at the entrance had a good store of logs to buy, flamers, juice etc. It’s a great idea and I hope in time they add other essentials like extra loo roll to buy! We would love to visit again in future and have already advertised it to some friends and family.

We had such a wonderful time at Rankins farm in July 2019. The location is ideal (especially for people who couldn't drive), we took the bus from Staplehurst but we will recommend to take the taxi instead (need to book in advance). The pods are absolutely brilliant and well equipped, and LITERALLY all you need to bring are clothes and food (there is Waitrose delivery so techincally speaking you don't even need to bring food). There are plenty of space for the little one to run around, and for us to sit down and enjoy a cup of warm tea and a bottle of cold beer. Sarah and Tony were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely book again next year.
