Wingbury Farm Glamping

We had two excellent nights at Oak Pod. The boys (my three grandsons) really enjoyed themselves. The hot tub kept them amused and the campfire finished off their nights with the obligatory s'mores. The pub down the road was handy and the food good. We also spent an evening at the Indian on the way to Aylesbury. The pod was clean, well appointed, great shower, everything was there. Overall a fantastic break with my favourite boys

One of the best little get aways ever! I've visited twice in the last month and intend to go a few more times this year it is that good!! The host is a really nice guy too. Such a peaceful, relaxing experience - I'll never forget this place ❤️

Fab place to get away from it all

Our time on William’s land was everything we had hoped for. We wanted somewhere to get away from the busyness of Christmas for a couple of days and Oak Pod was perfect. The accommodation was cosy, comfortable and well-equipped and the views across the fields gave us that chance to chill we were seeking. The hot tub was sublime and the BBQ good. Will could not have been more helpful and ensured our stay was excellent. I am sure we will return.

Stayed here in December with my boyfriend and had a great time! The pods are well equipped with everything you need and the wood fired hot tub outside our pod was incredibly cosy and a nice touch. It’s a very private vibe and felt safe. Only slight downside would be if you’re looking to go on a walk in winter months, it’s very wet and muddy so be prepared.

Me and my partner booked a weekend away and we stayed in the Oak pod. We had amazing views and enjoyed watching the sunset from the hot tub, which stayed warm for ages. We also made the most of the fire pit with some marshmallows that was offered which was lovely. The location was stunning and was so peaceful being further out in the country side, but we still had shops and restaurants locally also. Would highly recommend and we will defo be coming back in the new year.

We loved the pod, the scenery and the hot tub especially. The welcome pack of fruit juice breakfast cereal and eggs were a lovely touch. Our host Will was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. 100% satisfied would def be back

Me and my partner booked this to take some time away and switch off. The cabin was amazing, it was spacious and clean. We spent the morning having breakfast and playing cards and had amazing views over the farm fields. The hot tub was an amazing addition and easy to keep hot with the log burner. Would highly recommend and looking to rebook asap!

Four of us stayed for 2 nights for our daughter’s birthday midweek. The pods were perfect and hot tub was amazing. Great views across the fields, excellent facilities with tea and coffee etc provided. All we had to bring was bedding, our 1st time ‘glamping’ and was a lot less stressful than having to pack for camping!! Definitely on our go back to list.

From the moment we first arrived and were greeted by Will we both knew this was a special place. He was attentative and always on call, showed us the layout of the pod and made sure we were comfortable. The pod itself was cleaned to a very high standard in these times of Covid which was reassuring. Wingbury Farm Glamping is the perfect getaway with stunning views, wonderful wildlife and stunning sunsets. A true joy to behold. We were lucky enough to have such weather that we had a BBQ every evening for the 3 nights we stayed. The water was also warm enough we didnt need to fire up the hot tub. How lucky we were. If i may just mention....keep your eyes out for the Red Kites overhead for a marvelous display of gliding. One of natures spectacles and free to watch. All in all i would say Wingbury Farm is a hidden gem and one not to be missed, and for those of us lucky to glamp there never to be forgotten. Thanks Will and to your team, we hope to return next year.

We only stayed for 2 nights but had a fantastic time. The pod we stayed in was 5* clean and so much detail in everything from the tea, fresh orange juice and cereals provided to the helpful and friendly staff. Even the cows came over to say hello! The hottub and firepit surrounded by stunning views made it feel like we were in the middle of nowhere. Perfect getaway for couples or families. Can't wait to go again!

I’m going to give my honest opinion on this holiday retreat because that’s the least I can do to give it the justice it deserves. What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL place to be. To witness to breathtaking views surrounding your sweet and secluded pod, I can’t have wished for anything better. From the excellent hot tub that was to perfection to the romantic small town near by that served a tasteful lunch with live music. I couldn’t have felt more in a safe and sound place to be with Will making sure everything was 100/10 for our stay. Our trip was full of excellent surprises including a bottle of Prosecco when they found out it was our anniversary trip & as well as giving us a bottom sheet when we realised we had brought the wrong sized one and at free of charge. I can’t explain how brilliant this trip was. And definitely needed after the numerous lockdowns. Thankyou for the adventure x

This is our second time at Wingbury and cannot fault the pods, location or Will the owner. The surrounding countryside is great for walking and the are lots of attractions within an hour. We personally have been to Windsor, Kew Gardens, Bicester Village and London is 30 minutes from Leighton Buzzard train station. We’ll definitely go back.

We stayed in the Fern pod and loved every moment of it, even in the rain! Will couldn’t have been more helpful and the pod was the perfect size for a long weekend getaway. Although it’s next to two other pods, you feel like you’re on your own retreat. Will definitely be returning!

We stayed in the Willow pod and had an excellent time. It was my wife’s 40th birthday and our 1st wedding anniversary and on arrival there was a chilled bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Even with windy weather we were still able to enjoy countryside walks and the hot tub (although it was a little chilly when getting out). The pod was cosy and had all the amenities you need. Coupled with the beautiful views and the abundance of wildlife this helped us rest and relax. Would definitely recommend Wingbury Farm Glamping and we will definitely be back.

We just came back from our relaxing weekend at Wingbury glamping. It had everything we expected. Cosy pod, nice views, well equiped kitchen/bathroom and of course, the amazing hot tub which we enjoyed from the very beginning. You could also ride some bikes to the closest towns or around the farm. (we could not do it because it was very muddy). Helpful host who was there when needed . Hoping we can come back very soon! Absolutely loved our stay there :)

We stayed as a couple in the Oak Pod over the last weekend (December 6th-8th) and had the most wonderful time! I definitely recommend staying here as we had the most perfect weekend and the pods are managed so well with the most helpful host, Will. If we needed anything at all, we could just give him a text and he would be there to help us. The pods themselves are so lovely and cosy. You bring your own bedding which I personally prefer as I felt more at home with all of my own fluffy blankets and cushions! The pods have a heating system installed which warms up so quickly so you never have to worry about not being warm and toasty. The hosts also left us fresh eggs, fresh orange juice, cereals and tea/coffee which was a lovely touch. They even have these mini spotlights in them so you can choose to just have those on for a more dim lit, cosy atmosphere. Outside you have your own amazing wood fired hot tub which is secluded by a little fence covered in fairy lights so you do not have to worry about anyone seeing you in your swimsuit! The tubs are so warm – even in the middle of winter when you would assume it would be a bit chilly we was not at all and was having a lovely time just having a little chill in the tub all warm with a glass of red wine overlooking the views. One of my highlights was the fire pit – I definitely recommend getting the package. We had so much fun building our very own fire to sit round and roast marshmallows on – which were delicious. Overall, I would recommend this place over and over again to any sort of party be it a family trip, friends trip or couples. We definitely want to come back and thank you to the amazing hosts that own these pods and made the experience so effortless and enjoyable.

Just returned from a three night stay with two friends. The pods were lovely - clean, well equipped, warm and cosy with lots of hidden storage for hiding away your luggage, etc. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a glass of champagne, even in the rain and the views from the pods are beautiful. Will was very welcoming and on hand to help with any queries. It was a little strange to see a business centre behind the pods but we didn't see anyone coming or going and there was no noise so we forgot that it was there. Only disappointment was Aylesbury town centre - we were hoping for a quaint town with independent boutique shops but we clearly should've done our research! Overall, highly recommended.

What more can I say Fantastic!! these pods have totally converted me to glamping (no more soggy tents!) we hired all three pods with friends and was worried it would be cold in October but the pods are so snug and heated, well equipped and had absolutely everything you would need for a fab weekend. A big thank you to Will who was very attentive and helpful, what an amazing place, we will be back. Oh and my dog Tia says it was fab too (all enclosed so she had the run of the whole field ) one very happy pooch.

We stayed in the Fern Pod from the 15-17 April 2019 as a family of 4, two adults and two children. We weren’t sure what to expect because we’ve never been Glamping before, but we were not disappointed. Great location, we never felt cramped, loved little touches in the kitchen such as fresh eggs, orange juice, milk and cereals on arrival. The highlight for us and especially the kids was the use of the hot tub. Amazing place and host, we would definitely recommended this place to everyone. Thanks for a fab time, the Cox Family
